CELEBRATE THIS CHINESE NEW YEAR WITH GRAND MILLENIUM KUALA LUMPUR

Celebrate this auspicious year of monkey with Lai Ching Yuen where you are bring served with the luxurious and prosperous Chinese New Year. This year, the Chinese New Year 9 course menu headed by Chef Terrence Fong starts from RM 1268.00 for a table of ten.
The set menu offer different choices of Yee Sang selections – Jelly Fish and Crispy Fish Skin Ye Sang, Norwegian Salmon and Crispy Fish Skin Yee Sang, soft Shell Crab and Norwegian Salmon Yee Sang, Sliced Abalone Yee Sag and Scallop, Pear and mango Yee Sang.
Yee Sang with Jelly Fish & Crispy Fish Skin
The lovely delicious yee sang which is awesomely good fille d with the crispiness of the jelly fish and the fish skin comes good. It is superbly good and the taste of zestiness and chewiness from the Jelly Fish makes the yee sang something different.
Assorted Seafood Soup with Tofu
Enjoy a warm and soothing seafood tofu where the bowl soup served simply warm and good. It is simply delicious and flavourful where the soup comes with loads of crab meat in it.
Steamed Mandarin Fish with Minced Garlic
Enjoy the mandarin fish which is perfectly steam and topped with loads of ginger with it. The fish comes simply flaky and moist leaving you with the sweet bites of the fish with the fragrant garlic bites on top.
Cantonese Style Roasted Crispy Duck
Those who are a big fans of duck, try their Roasted Crispy Duck where it is well roasted till crispiness. I love the crispiness duck together with the tender juicy skin. Half duck would not be enough as every mouthful is just so good.
 
Deep Fried Enoki Mushroom with HK Kailan
Love the dish so much. Well stir fried till perfection and top with the crispy bites of battered Enoki Mushroom. Nicely done.
Fried Rice with Assorted Chinese Waxed Meat Wrapped with Lotus Leaf
Filled your tummy with their delicious Waxed Meat with the Lotus Roots. Nice and good.

Double Boiled Chrysanthemum with Longan & Black Sesame Rice Dumpling
