HARBOUR GRAND HONG KONG WITH HALAL CERTIFICATE TO OFFER ADDITIONAL DINING OPTION

September 29, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Harbour Grand Hong Kong has received the Halal Certificate on restaurant and in-room dining. By several rounds of site inspections and verifications by the Incorporated Trustees of the Islamic Community Fund of Hong Kong, a charitable organization accepted by the Government of Hong Kong SAR, the hotel is eligible to provide halal-certificated food within the whole premises prior to advance reservations. Special Halal set menu is available now and highlights include Tagliatele Pasta with Asparagus, Tandoori Salmon Fillet and Roasted Spring Chicken

Halal is often mentioned with food and drinks, those permissible under the Islamic Shari’ah (law in English). The most common example of non-halal food is pork. Other than pork, the criteria of halal food include the sources, cause of animal’s death and also the way the meat was processed and served.
Adding to the fruitful dining options such as Chinese, Western, Japanese cuisines the hotel has been providing, it’s a pleasure to bring an additional yet exceptional choice for all the guests across the globe. Only a few of selected hotels within the borders are given the Halal Certificate.

This unquestionably increases the uniqueness and also enriches the service diversity of Harbour Grand Hong Kong.

“Harbour Grand Hong Kong has been devoting to provide decent travelling experience to guests with different nationalities and we have seen the rising demand for halal food with the growth of the Middle Eastern market. With the certificate, we can provide appropriate dining option to our guests from different parts of the world.” says Mr. Chow, General Manager of Harbour Grand Hong Kong.
