SAMBAL CHILLI @ ATRIA SHOPPING GALLERY

September 4, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

SAMBAL CHILI
Inspired by the rich and diverse heritage of Malaysia, Sambal Chilli serves a large selection of local cuisine in a cosy and welcoming environment.
SAMBAL CHILI

Located at the 3rd floor of the mall, Sambal Chilli caught our attention with their Nyonya delights which is at affordable price too.
SAMBAL CHILI
We started off with the Penang style Chicken Lobak (RM 10.90) which comes out to be our favourite. The chicken lobak is indeed well done where it is simply flavourful with the juicy bites. I love the way it is served and every mouthful is just addictive.
SAMBAL CHILI
The Sambal Petai Prawn (RM 29) is well served with the kick of light spiciness. I just need a bowl of rice to go with it and it is served with the generous amount of petai with it. What’s more is the portion of prawns comes with a generous portion.
SAMBAL CHILI
Next served is their Asam Pedas Fish Claypot (RM 58.90). The hearty bowl of claypot with the kick of sourish and light spiciness is indeed something worth to go for. I love the way they are served especially the fish which makes a good match with the sourish style of curry.
SAMBAL CHILI
For the inchi kabin (RM 23.90) is one of the Hainanese delights not to be missed. The deep fried chicken with the Hainanese margination. The chicken comes simply tender but too me the flavours are not well infused into the chicken.
SAMBAL CHILI
Kangkung Belachan (RM12.70)
SAMBAL CHILI
Serai Lychee (Rm12.90)
SAMBAL CHILI
Apple Asam Boi (RM 12.90)

Overall, if you are looking for a decent Nyonya dishes; Sambal Chili have them all with the cozy environment.
