FRENCH CONENCTION AT CINNAMON COFFEE HOUSE ONE WORLD HOTEL, PETALING JAYA

July 31, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

01 – 29 August 2015

This August, the award-winning Cinnamon Coffee House has something special in store for all Francophiles. Enhance your French gastronomy experience with unique innovations through the culinary guidance of experienced Chef Saiful aka Bob.

French cuisine is known for its sophistication of presentation, taste and flavour, using only the freshest and finest of ingredients and herbs to retain the exquisite taste. Discover ingeniously crafted cuisines created with passion such as Slipper Lobster Risotto with Vegetable Provencal, Chicken Pot-au Feu, Beef Bourguignon, Oysters with Mornay Sauce and Steak au poivre or better known as Pepper Steak served with chef’s special sauce amongst others.

The widespread buffet provides a well encompassed meal from apéritifs to delectable dessert, of course. Highlight includes Smoked Duck with Peach Compote, Salmon Tartar and Confit Lemon Skin at the starter station and from the soup tureen, sample the Fish Bouillabaisse, Creamy Prawn Bisque with Garlic or French Onion with Gruyere Cheese with Baguette or assorted rolls.

Be greeted with dainty Strawberry Macaron, Hazelnut Financiers, Croquembouche, Apple, Banana, and Pear Tarte Tartin, St. Honoré, Crème Brûlée, Vanilla and Chocolate Éclair and Opera Cake as you stepped into the vicinity of the land of the Franks.

The French Connection buffet dinner promotion is priced at RM 111 per adult and RM56 per children aged 4 – 12 years old (prices are inclusive of 6% goods and services tax). It is available from 6.30pm to 10.30pm nightly. For enquiries or reservations, please call 603 – 7681 1157 or email to [email protected]
