The Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang opens on 30th May 2015. ,

Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA (MOP KLIA) is a factory outlet shopping mall located 60km from KL and 6km from KLIA. Advocating a factory outlet concept, MOP KLIA will offer a myriad of upper-middle to highend off seasoned brands and products at attractive discounts ranging from 30% to 70% and not forgetting a Japanese Specialty Store (Cool Japan), introducing Japanese Art, Culture, Music and Culinary Delights. Catering to a diverse group of customers, MOP KLIA also offer an array of

scrumptious fare ranging from authentic Malay cuisine, oriental fare to western delights, cafes and a

food court.

Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA (MOP KLIA) is a joint venture project between Mitsui Fudosan and Malaysia Airports. It is also the first commercial property investment in South East Asia for Mitsui Fudosan, Japan’s renowned and reputable real estate and retail property Developer.

This project investment is RM335 Million for the three (3) phases of development. MOP KLIA is amongst the many interesting projects under the KLIA Aeropolis Masterplan that has a projected Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Gross National Income (GNI) of RM235 Million and RM 220

Million respectively by year 2020. MOP KLIA was granted Entry Point Project (EPP) status under the Economic Transformation Programme, National Key Economic Area (NKEA) for Tourism (EPP3 – Establishing Premium Outlets in Malaysia). Upon completion of Phase 3, MOP KLIA has the potential of being the largest factory outlet shopping mall in Southeast Asia.

Conceptualised by Japanese global architectural and design house Nonscale, MOP KLIA is

developed based on the theme of “Paradise Village” featuring (4) four distinctive concepts namely the Sunshine Square, Pier Walk, Tropical Plaza and Beach Walk, each representing the architectural design of each zone. Customers patronising the Sunshine Square will enjoy browsing through a luxury street concept sunlit by stylish skylight. The Pier Walk concept promotes chic, esplanade ambiance while the Tropical Plaza and Beach Walk promote a relaxing ambiance enriched with greenery, likened to a tropical beach escape.
