The bells are ringing, Christmas decoration is up everywhere, is time to take a break and enjoy the great buffet in Armada Petaling Jaya for a great Christmas meal. Utara Coffee House’s festive offering will definitely build an appetite and satisfy your tummy with the great Christmas feast in their lavish buffet of traditional and innovative festive dishes.

This year, Armada comes up with the extensive range of Christmas delights with the wide variety of delicious salas, fresh seafood chocies and more. From the appetizers and salad, the variety comes with the Fresh Yabbies with Lemon Wedges, Sushi and Sashimis, Smoked Salmon with Rossate, Fresh Prawns with Lemon Wedges and more. Served your delights with the variety of sauces or dressing like the Thousand Island Sauce, Vinaigratte Dressing, French Salad Dressing and also Honey Mustard.

As for the soup selections, there comes the chef’s signature Boston Oyster Bisque which is indeed well made till perfection and I love the creamy blend of delights. Besides from the Boston Oyster Bisque, the variety comes with the Ctram of Dubarry, Black Chicken Herbal Soup, Dried Scallop Chicken Soup and more.

As for the mains, here comes the Traditional Christmas Chicken with Walnut Nut Stuffing. Instead of turkey, chef had made a twist for this Christmas with using the chicken instead. The chicken is accompanied with the Giblet Gravy & Cranberry Sauce, Mousseline Potato, Glazed Honey Carrot and Brussels Sprouts. Besides the chicken, there are also grilled section with the Marinated Chicken, Beef Lamb, Fish Fillet Pepper which is served together with their Mushroom Sauce.

We are served with the nice Christmas Fried Rice which is indeed a nice one. The lovely Christmas Fried Rice is well accompanied with theirbuffet delights too which includes the Kari Ikan Desa, Kambing Rendang and more. Not just that, The Roast Duck with the Apple Sauce was a good one. Tender duck meat with the lovely apple sauce on top.

For Oyster lovers, they have the Gratinated Oyster with Spinach which had made a good match of delights. The juicy pulpy oyster with the creamy cheese on top is awesome. They also have the beef Medallion Mushroom Creast, The Lousiana Pumpkin Pie, Char Boiled Chicken with Red Pepper Coulis, Pan Fried salmon With Leek Stew, Mussel Florentine, Mexican Baked Seafood Rice with Mozzarella, Lamb Primantier, Baked Corn On Cob and more.

As for the desserts, you will be assured with the wide spread of delighting lovely Christmas desserts like the Christmas Cookies, Ginger Bread, Minced Meat Pie, Yule Log Cake and alos the Assorted Ice cream with toppings.
