Breakfast time turns into a fascinating display of the Dorsett’s unforgettable selection, of traditional jams , festive breakfast to break even the most resilient “weight watchers”. This year, Dorsett Grand Subang will be featuring an alluring treat with our Ramadhan International Cuisine at Terazza Brasserie, Warna Warni Ramadhan at Melati and Buka Puasa sets at The Emperor during the holy month. Over 80 varieties of delicacies both local and international Muslim cuisine will be served to patrons with daily menu changes so we suggest that you check our month-long list and buffet.

Ramadhan International Cuisine @ TERAZZA 



Gearbox Soup, Fanatics, you simply must drop by our establishment to try something unique and soaked in Terazza Ramadhan blessing. The guests will stand a chance to win special prizes in our daily lucky draw. We offer a wide range of appetizers such as Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu Daging Ala Thai, Jeruk Betik, Jeruk Mangga and many more. We have the return of the ulam-ulaman with sambal belacan dip that is sure to satisfy those taste-buds.
The Ramadan feast continues with an extensive list of Tradition infused dishes made in the spirit of Ramadhan, our picks from the kitchen stay true to their local and western favourites such as Briyani Gam, Fried Mee Hoon Siam, Rendang Ayam Kampung, Rusuk Kambing Vindalo, Roasted Beef with Mushroom Sauce, Chili Crab and many more. Apart from that, there are also ten live stalls with different cuisines and styles set to offer more choices like the Noodle Stall, Japanese Stall, Pasta, Chicken Rice, Roasted Lamb with Lebanese Rice, Penang Char Kway Teow, Roti John and Dessert Special.

To end your colourful culinary pilgrimage, enjoy the different types of desserts infused into our Malaysian gastronomical; namely Bread Pudding, Badak Berendam, Onde-onde, Bubur Pulut  Hitam, Penget Keledek and assorted Fruit Jellies. Our Kopi Kart drinks features time honoured Malaysian drinks to balance out all the different tastes still circulating after the delicious Ramadhan feasts has been devoured.

Daily promotional buffets run from 6.00pm to 9.30pm. All buffet meals are priced at RM120++ per person, senior citizen and children ages 6 to 12 years get to enjoy 50% discount.

Warna Warni Ramadhan @ MELATI 



Meanwhile, located two floors up at the Mezzanine floor, is Warna Warni Melati, also serving a similar buffet spread but with a twist. To celebrate this festival, our local renowned celebrity Chef, Jaafar Onn, will brighten up the evening while breaking fast. Watch our Mezzanine floor come to live as Jaafar Onn and the Dorsett Grand Subang culinary team whip up a storm of traditional warna warni Malay cuisine delights at his action station. Together with songstress Haiza, this fabulous duo will serenade diners with classic Malay hits; bringing you pure nostalgia. Diners might even walk away with a lucky draw prize.

Buka Puasa @ The Emperor 

Alternatively to a full out buffet, The Emperor Chinese Restaurant will be offering 3 Buka Puasa sets; each featuring its own signature dishes namely Stir-Fried Shrimp with ‘Medan’ Style, Stir-Fried Diced Chicken with Dry Chili and Cashew Nuts and Tom Yam Chicken Soup. Along with each set, diners will be treated to complimentary assortment of Malay Kuih-muihs.

The sets are priced at RM100++ per person for a minimum of 2 pax. For reservations at The Emperor, please call 03-5031 6060 ext 1954.

Advanced booking is encouraged to avoid disappointment. Dorsett Grand Subang is also offering an Early Bird Voucher of 25% which you can purchase before Ramadhan starting 4 June 2014 at our Ramadhan Counter which is located at the hotel lobby, in front of Piano Lounge.
