LET THE FEAST BEGIN AT EE CHINESE CUISINE, EASTIN HOTEL PETALING JAYA

Eastin Hotel Petaling Jaya has prepared a sumptuous spread of Lunar New Year specialties for this coming Lunar New Year celebration. Chinese New Year is an important traditional festive season also known as the Spring Festival. Chinese from all around the world will celebrate Chinese New Year Eve with a family reunion dinner, followed by the first day of the Chinese New Year where it is a time to honour one’s elders and to visit the most senior members of their families. The celebration will continue for 15 days and the 15th day is also known as Chap Goh Mei, the Chinese Valentine’s Day.

Master Chef Yong has an array of specially crafted Cantonese cuisine befit for this special occasion. Ee’s signature dishes include the Salmon with Rice Crackers ‘Yee Sang’, Double Boiled Shark’s Bone Soup with Superior Shark’ Fin & Fish Maw and also the Oven Baked King River Prawn with Cheese Sauce. ‘Yee Sang’ is a raw fish salad that’s become the favoured entrée for many Chinese families during Chinese New Year. The best part of ´Lou Sang´ is seeing family and friends coming together and sharing their good wishes for life. So toss up the Abalone, Salmon, White Tuna, Sea Bird’s Nest , Mango and other fresh and mouthwatering ingredients for better health and wealth @ Ee Chinese Cuisine. Toss and Be Prosperous!

Besides that, savour in other food like stewed ‘Gui Fei’ Farm Chicken, Steamed Cod Fish with Bean Curd skin & Golden Garlic is Soy Sauce, Braised Abalone with Sea Cucumber and Dried Oyster with Vegetable, Stewed Fragrant Rice with Preserved Meats, Double Boiled Lotus Seed with Glutinous Rice Dumpling & Flower and Special Homemade Dessert to have a taste of the other Cantonese specialties that are served by Ee Chinese Cuisine throughout the Chinese New Year Festive season to have a memorable and meaningful Chinese New Year celebration!

The ‘Sou Gong’ and reunion dinner is priced from RM 1388++ per table of 10 persons, RM 98++ per table of 6 persons and RM 538++ per table of 4 persons. Our ‘Loh Hei’ specials or the Yee Sang s available for take away at from RM 68+ half portion.
