Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Jalil invites guests to embark on a vibrant culinary adventure with Taste of Thailand, a specially curated weekend buffet celebrating the rich and diverse flavours of Thai cuisine. Available from 6 June until 30 August 2026, the buffet brings together a vibrant selection of authentic Thai favourites, thoughtfully curated by the hotel’s culinary team to celebrate the rich taste and culinary traditions of Thailand.

A highlight of the buffet is the Tom Yam Goong Live Cooking Station, where chefs prepare each serving with freshwater prawns and traditional Thai aromatics, allowing guests to enjoy the dish as intended. Complementing this signature offering is a selection of classic Thai favourites and hearty main courses, including Pineapple Fried Rice, Khao Mok Thai (Thai Fried Chicken), Beef Pad Kra Pao, Thai Green Curry Fish, Stir-Fried Petai with Shrimp and Onion, and Wok-Fried Squid and Kailan in Salted Fish Sauce. Guests can also savour freshly grilled beef, lamb, fish, prawns, and chicken from the Grill Station, adding even more variety to the weekend feast.

To end the meal on a sweet note, guests can indulge in Thai-inspired desserts including Mango Sticky Rice and Red Ruby, alongside Ice Kacang, Cendol, Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, assorted desserts, and seasonal fresh fruits. The experience is complemented by refreshing beverages such as Thai Milk Tea and Thai Green Tea.
