For this upcoming Chinese New Year, Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur invites you to partake in a grand celebration where the elegance of modern dining meets the richness of timeless traditions. From now until February 12, 2025, gather with loved ones, colleagues, or friends to enjoy a season of abundance, joy, and togetherness. Experience a feast of prosperity through the luxurious Imperial Spring Festival Set Menu, meticulously curated to honor the vibrant spirit of the Lunar New Year.

Celebrate with an indulgent 8-course menu that highlights both traditional Chinese New Year delicacies and innovative culinary artistry, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for all. And for this round, we had their Imperial Spring Festival Set Menu which is priced at RM2,888 NETT per table of 10 persons

Abalone Yee Sang with Assorted Vegetables, Snow Pear, and Crispy Fish Skin

A lavish take on the iconic Lunar New Year ritual, this Yee Sang combines the finest ingredients, including succulent abalone and a vibrant medley of fresh vegetables. The addition of snow pear brings up the overall taste where it comes with the  delightful sweetness, while crispy fish skin offers a satisfying crunch. Toss high for prosperity, health, and success as you kick off your meal in true celebratory style.

Double-Boiled “Sakura Chicken” Soup with Matsutake Mushroom and Fish Maw

Savor the warmth and depth of this elegant soup, slow-cooked to perfection to extract the rich essence of Sakura chicken. Matsutake mushrooms bring their earthy, nutty aroma to the dish, while fish maw adds a luxurious, silky texture. Each spoonful is a nourishing embrace, embodying the spirit of familial love and togetherness.

Steamed Sea Grouper with Superior Soy Sauce

The delicate flavors of sea grouper take center stage in this classic Cantonese preparation. Expertly steamed, the fish remains moist and tender, enhanced by a superior soy sauce infused with ginger and scallion. A perfect harmony of taste and aroma, this dish symbolizes abundance and prosperity.

Roasted Duck with Crispy Pumpkin, Pickled Vegetables, and Plum Sauce

We love the perfectly roasted duck. In here, the roasted duck is perfectly roasted bringing you with the crispy on the outside and juicy within, paired beautifully with golden slices of crispy pumpkin. Pickled vegetables add a refreshing tang, while a rich, sweet plum sauce ties the elements together in perfect harmony.

Wok-Fried Grass Prawns with Barbecue Sauce and Crispy Rice

Love the Succulent grass prawns are wok-tossed in a savory and smoky barbecue sauce, creating a glaze that is both aromatic and irresistible. Crispy rice adds a delightful crunch, making each bite an interplay of flavors and textures that is sure to captivate the palate.

Braised “Sha Jing” Oysters with Scallops, Black Moss, Flower Mushrooms, and Broccoli

A dish rich in symbolism and flavor, this course features tender braised oysters and scallops, complemented by earthy flower mushrooms and vibrant broccoli. Black moss, a traditional symbol of wealth, adds a festive touch, while the dish’s savory richness makes it a true highlight of the meal.

Fried Rice with Waxed Duck, Arrowhead, and Foie Gras Sausage

An elevated take on traditional fried rice, this dish combines the smoky flavors of waxed duck and arrowhead with the indulgence of foie gras sausage. Every grain of rice is infused with the umami richness of the ingredients, creating a deeply satisfying dish that’s both comforting and luxurious.

Chilled Chia Seeds with Lotus Seeds, Longan Juice, and Steamed “Nian Gao”

Conclude your feast with a refreshing and auspicious dessert. Chilled chia seeds and lotus seeds are bathed in fragrant longan juice, offering a light and subtly sweet finish. Accompanying this is steamed “Nian Gao,” a sticky rice cake symbolizing the promise of progress and sweetness in the year to come.

Delight in a harmonious blend of flavours with highlights such as Salmon Yee Sang with Crispy Pumpkin and Snow Pear; Steamed Live Dragon Grouper with Duo Chili Sauce; Poached “Chen Yuan” Chicken with Ginseng and Claypot Rice with Waxed Duck, Arrowhead, and Foie Gras Sausage. End your meal on a sweet note with Ginger Tea with Glutinous Rice Balls and Fried “Nian Gao” with Yam.

Imperial Spring Festival Set Menu 3 – RM 3,388 nett

The pinnacle of indulgence, Menu 3 offers a premium Lobster Yee Sang with Assorted Fruits, Vegetables and Crispy Fish Skin complemented by showstopping dishes like Sun-dried Scallop Broth with Matsutake Mushrooms, Yacon and Sakura Chicken; “Gwong Dung” Style Steamed Sea Grouper; Roasted Duck with Plum Sauce, Golden Crispy Pumpkin and Pickled Vegetables; Pan-fried Phoenix Grass Prawns with Barbecue Sauce and Braised “Sha Jing” Oysters with Dried Scallops, Fish Maw, Black Moss, Flower Mushrooms and Broccoli.

Each menu is thoughtfully curated for tables of 10, ensuring a memorable dining experience for family reunions, corporate gatherings and celebratory banquets. Guests can enjoy these culinary masterpieces daily for Lunch (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM) or Dinner (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM). Advance reservations are required, with a 48-hour notice for dine-in at Roselle Coffee House and a 5-day lead time for banquet orders.
