It is time for Ramadhan again and this year Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur offers its valuable guest the opportunity to experience an array of the sumptuous delicacies with the theme “ Selera Rasa Senja: where the dish is specially curated by their experience and passionate chef which is led by the avid culinary expert Executive Sous Chef Hazif Ramli. 

Start your meal here from their wide buffet spread which includes the salad, ulam-ulaman, kerabu taugeh, kerabu pucuk, kerabu manga, aneka keropok and also the rojak.

 

After the delicious temptations from the awesome starters, dig in to their wide variety of hot food and speciality which includes the Chef Mutadza’s Kambing Panggang (imported Australian Lamb), Trio Siakap Senja  combining two (2) cooking styles of deep-fried and oven baked cooking methods with Indian, Chinese and Western Marinating styles, Mee Kuali Besar, Warong Omak Den with its Salai’s Special and many more.

At the hot food section, you will be tempted with their Signature Oxtail Soup. One can also enjoy the serving of the nasi minyak bunga telang , kari.ikan sembilang, gulai kambing  utara, sambal udang petai, teresek jantung pisanh, sayur campur goreng  indian chicken curry and vegetable dhall

They do have a Chinese and Western Section where one can enjoy the freshly cook on spot pasta of your choice and also soup noodles and asam laksa. 

Don’t miss out their wide variety of other special delights such as the stir fried prawns, sauteed buttered vegetables, lo hon chai, stewed chicken with vegetables, marinated fish and dim sum.

For Japanese food lover; is time to heads for their sushi as well as seafood on ice. 

Finish your meal with their sweet delicacies that’s includes aneka kuih, tapai, ubi pulut, layer pudding, and many more. Some of the cakes highlights includes their Sheraton Signature Butter Caker, Durian Cheese Cake, Choux Pistachio Mango Butter Cake and many more.

 They do have dates, sticky pudding, chendol, ais kacang and bubur kacang hijau.
