The Galaxy Tab A8: The Family Tablet Built to Last

February 24, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

From learning, connecting, gaming, streaming and more, tablets serve many functions. So, it is important to find a sturdy device equipped with a long lasting battery to meet the demands of a family unit. The Galaxy Tab A8 is one such device that gives you and your family more support at home and on-the-go.

Children are full of energy, and so is the Galaxy Tab A8 with its 7,040 mAh battery. This gives you and your young ones more power and hours to do what you love. With the supported fast charging of 15W, you can recharge the battery faster, giving your children equal time with the tablet[3].

You can also immerse yourself in an incredible viewing experience with the Galaxy Tab A8’s expanded 10.5-inch screen, 10.2mm minimised bezel and a 16:10 common aspect ratio. This plus the quad-speaker with Dolby Atmos®, gives users a second-to-none quality soundscape to enhance their experience.

Whether you have gamers or avid movie watchers in your family, you need a device with power and performance to keep the harmony. The Galaxy Tab A8 fulfils this with a processor that is faster than its predecessor. The device’s CPU and GPU have each been increased by 10% to deliver faster, smoother performance without frustrating lag. In terms of storage, the Galaxy Tab A8 comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The expandable microSD card feature allows up to 1TB of additional space[5].

When it comes to children, you can’t be too careful. With this in mind, Samsung is running a promotion when you purchase a Galaxy Tab A8. Until 28 February 2022, buyers will receive one Clear Edge cover worth RM99 and one year Samsung Care+ coverage plan worth RM110, so you can avoid the stress that comes when accidents occur to the device.

The Galaxy Tab A8 (Wi-Fi 3+32GB) is now available with a Recommended Retail Price of RM999.
