A heritage feel staycation @ Royale Chulan Hotel Penang

February 21, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

Nestled in Weld Quay area, Royale Chulan Penang offers accommodations in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of George Town. The hotel is perfectly located in Georgetown and for those who looking for food hunting, or even walking around the heritage area, Royale Chulan Penang is definitely the hotel to stay.

It is located around 300 m to Clan Jetties of Penang, while Pinang Peranakan Museum and the culturally-vibrant Little India are within 1 km away. Fort Cornwallis is 1.6 km from Royale Chulan Penang where one can just have a slow walk and enjoy the scenery and beauty of Penang.

This time, we had our stay in their Air-Conditioned Family suites which completes with 1 single bed together with 1 extra-large double bed. The room come pretty huge with the beautiful view of the swimming pool as well as the view of the port.

If you need to do some work, they have all the plugs ready which makes it very convenient.

The room completed with the flat-screen satellite TV, Sofa and a desk which makes is so convenient for us who need to work at times and children can enjoy some show at the sofa outside.

Aside from that, the suite completes with both shower facilities and bathtub as well as toiletries.

We enjoyed the whole 3 day 2 nights stay as they are just perfectly relaxing and the bed is so comfortable. They are just so cosy and we can just enjoy ourselves relaxing on the bed whole day.

As for us who have a kid with us, she can enjoy a whole single room on her own and we can have our sweet time together outside.

They hotel also completed with the swimming pool, café as well as ample parking space. It is pretty convenient and a nice hotel to stay if you are looking for staying in town and doing some café hopping or grabbing the lovely scenery of the town area.
