Quan Kitchen @ Four Points by Sheraton brings you with Nourishing Meals

October 2, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

It is indeed a beautiful dining place to dine in where one can enjoy the delicious and nourishing meals from Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown. And this time, one can enjoy the awesomely and delighting menu.

Located at the busy streets of Chinatown, one can enjoy the variety of awesome delights where they offer you with the selection of 7 Asian and 7 Western chef-crafted meals made using freshly sourced local ingredients from organic farms and sustainable fisheries with a focus on overall nourishment, balanced nutrition and classic flavors. This lifestyle-driven menu is customizable and exclusively available at Quan’s Kitchen, for takeaway and delivery.

Quan Kitchen brings you with the choices of Pan Seared Seabass in a Sauce Vierge paired with Caramelized Rosemary Potatoes, a vegetarian Nicoise Salad and Carrot Cake topped with toffee or go local with a Dry Rubbed Crispy Duck Confit served with Kon Loh Noodles, Poached Kai Lan and an Egg Tart.

Grilled Ayam Percik

And for me, I am totally falling in love with their Grilled Ayam Percik – Sambal prawns with Jasmine rice and Sago Pudding. The ayam percik is awesomely grilled till perfection with the blend of light spiciness in it. The meat comes simply tender and juicy which makes the overall taste really good. It is beautifully sides with the sambal prawns and a warm Jasmine Rice by the side.

Duck Confict

One can enjoy the Duck Confict too. The duck confict comes with the tender meat. The duck confict is such an indulgence where the meat is superbly tender and juicy. There is no gammy taste and it is served with the caramelized rosemary potatoes with the spring mix salad and the banana cake.

Poached Seabass

The Poached Seabass is worth the order. The portion comes simply generous and they are topped with the creamy sauce on top. It is sides with the garlic fried rice with the wok fried vegetables and sago pudding.

The Dry Laksa Noodles

The Dry Laksa Noodles is something worth to go for. The Laksa Noodles is being stir fried till perfection, and topped with the crispy spiced chicken and the poached kalian. They are just perfect for those who love to grab some noodles.

Priced at RM33 nett, Nourish by Quan’s Kitchen is available at Quan’s Kitchen, Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown daily from 12pm – 9.30pm. For reservations at Quan’s Kitchen, call 03-2035- 7333 or email [email protected].
