Parallel with its consumer-centric strategy, KFC Malaysia is determined to boost the digital availability of its products and services through the introduction of this new touchpoint. Customers get to enjoy their favourite KFC meals at great discounts from ‘Buy 1 Free 1’ and ‘Shocking Sales’ deals available exclusively for KFC Self Collect. The Self Collect feature allows a convenient and hassle-free way of ordering KFC online and collecting orders at the customers’ preferred time and KFC location.

The Shopee 11.11 Big Sale is the e-commerce platform’s biggest one yet, with the introduction of new features, games and tech enhancements, along with new local and international brands that have on-boarded the platform over the past year. Customers will get to select their preferred store, date and time for collection.
