A Memorable Road of Chinese New Year with Esquire Kitchen

January 2, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

Open back in 1974, Esquire Kitchen indeed brings loads of memories to most of us where I still remember my parents having our new year dishes with other family members without fail with the homey dishes.  With their 45 anniversary, Esquire Kitchen had brings loads of memories and great dining experiences  with our parents and now we as the next generation.  And this year, Esquire Kitchen welcomes your Chinese New Year with the customers this round with the Prosperity New Year Menu for all to enjoy. Let us celebrate the New Year with New Hope and New Dream together!

And in Esquire Kitchen, they offer you with two choices for you to choose RM338nett (for 6-8 pax) and RM238nett (4-5 pax). And in here you can enjoy 6 choices of Prosperous New Year Menu (招財進寶)

Ong Lai Lai Fish (年年有余 )
This is one of the signatures and the “Ong Lai Lai” Fish is perfectly good. The fish is perfectly deep fried till crispy bites and inside remains moist and juicy. It is then topped with the citrusy sweet & sour sauce with the mix of the red and green capsicum cuts. It is simply delicious! A colourful and savoury dish to welcome the new year!

Golden Oats Prawns  (金沙笑哈哈 )
This are the crowd favorites and the medium size prawns are being deep fried with oats and fresh chilies. The aromatic hint from the combination of oats and the prawns comes simply addictive and good. This dish is delicious without the heaviness in flavour but with a palatable aroma!

Golden Sesame Chicken in Lemongrass Sauce (金玉满堂 )
Grab this enjoyable deep-fried chicken with the sesame mixed batter. The combination is just marvelous and every mouthful is perfectly good and tasty. With the added Lemongrass sauce to it, you will definite to have the zesty delights with the top of sesame on the kitchen itself.

Red Braised Pork Belly in Prosperous Sauce (鸿运当头)
Famed for their braised Pork Belly, the pork belly is perfectly braised with the special red sauce for hours till the meat remains moist and juicy.  The special sauce is lightly flavoured with sweetness and soya flavour. This is addictive and I can just enjoy this alone with another bowl of rice.

Fortune Vegetables with Vege Abalone (财源广进)
And of course, don’t miss out their Baby Kailan which is perfectly stir fried wih the vegetarian abalone. Grab the crunchy bites of kalian which is perfectly paired with the vegetarian abalone. What a great combination.

Happy Beancurd & Mushroom with Cauliflower (阖家辛福)
Ends with your meals with the happy mixture of bean curd skins and mushrooms.  It is perfectly stir-fry with cauliflower in an appetizing sauce.  A vegetarian fare that is flavourful and delicious for all in the family.
