Clip & Eat @ The Mill Café, Grand Millenium Hotel Kuala Lumpur

It is something NEW Happening here! The Mill Café introduces a brand new dining concept with their a la carte Clip & Eat buffet dinner. It is indeed a pretty new concept in Malaysia and I am in loe with the concept of it. With the upholding on minimise food wastage, this new concept also able to emphasizes on a higher quality of the food itself.

With their value of minimised food wastage, The Mill brings you with this new experience where you can experience the new way of  enjoying the ala-carte delights. Pin your number to their food menu and let the chef do their work and served you with the food cooked ala-minute from their kitchen. This is also ensuring that the patrons will be enjoying their soup is piping hot, protein fresh from the grill and mains fresh from their kitchen.

Don’t worry about the variety, The Mill brings you with over 60 international varieties and you will be definite to spoily yourself with the endless options.

Starts your meal from the Indian Corner which led by their Indian Food Specialist – Chef Makhan Singh. Enjoy his freshly made dishes where they are using the Indian Spices to cook all of his dishes. Don’t miss out his freshly made chicken tandoori, naan and poppadum with mint chutney, biryani rice, butter chicken masala, palak paneer, lamb kebab and more.

And of course, never miss out the French Corner prepared by the Executive Chef, Laurent Lherisson who hails from a small town of Nice in France. Some of the delicious signature by Chef Laurent includes the garlic prawn, rib eye steak with mushroom and truffle sauce, duck confit on braised red cabbage and apple, seared slipper lobster, beef stew with Dijon mustard, mussel “Mariniere” with french fries and more.

Asides, you can have the Chinese Delights from their Chinese counter too. Grab their signature Kung Pao Chicken, Vegetable Dumpling, Braised Eggplant with Mushroom, Mapo Tofu with Ground Chicken, Spicy Szechuan Prawn Noodle Bowl and more.

For Japanese food lovers, you can go for the Japanese Beef Broth, Fresh Oyster, Sashimi Rice to name a few.

Never ends your meal without desserts of course. You can have the choices of fresh fruits, Penang Rojak, Local Kuih Muih as well. Not just that, they do have great selection of pastry to go for such as Red Velvet Cake, Chocolate Lava Cake and many more.
