Craving for something? BungkusIt-lah!

By now I’m pretty sure everyone is familiar with on – demand delivery services that we have in KL and I know for a fact that everyone wishes for more convenience, hoping that everything can be done by the tip of their finger. Technological innovation like delivery app has become more like a lifestyle for us now, as everyone is running errands, in regardless of what occasion it is. Even after working hard on a Monday, or the heavy rain, people prefer to save as much time as they can, even from shopping and cooking their own meal. With all these delivery apps that we have, it is always easier to order some food or snacks from their favourite places.


“But some restaurants don’t deliver! I don’t have much choices when I look up for online delivery”



These are my frequent thoughts every time I want to order my food online. But prayer has been answered, I finally found a solution to my problem!

Order food-Anywhere and Anytime 24 hours !



It was a long weekend, and when everyone was out having fun, I was in bed sick for days. It wasn’t that bad though, as I would rather stay in than having to face all the traffics and crowded places (we could say that I’m a little claustrophobic….)

However, it became a problem when I started to feel hungry. And when I’m sick, I tend to eat more. The thing is, I was alone at home. The only help I could get from was through my phone. So it hit me, to try on those food delivery services and I started to look it up. Unfortunately, in my area code, there were not so many options provided. I was disappointed, but I tried to explore more on food delivery services. It got worse because I had a sudden craving for fish and chips (oh no…)

When I came across the Bungkusit website, I was impressed that we have an app to TAKE CARE OF OUR DEMANDS. Like, ANYTHING! I decided to try it out and here’s how it was done:

1. MAKING MY WISH 

You have to go to the App Store, search for Bungkusit and Download it. (PS : It Hasn’t launched yet for the public, however I contacted the company, and they have given me exclusive access to review this app for your guys! MY AWESOME FANS .)

After registering myself on the app, I started to type in my request, which is very specific as I was craving for fish & chips from a normal restaurant around the neighbourhood. It’s not as fancy as Manhattan Fish Market or anything, but it’s my favourite place to eat. I was just trying out my luck, and it turned out that there was someone, or they call it, the Roadie who was willing to take the job! All I had to do is insert the detail (like the location, what I wanted to eat etc) and he was good to go.

 

Oh for Android users, don’t worry! Apparently it’s compatible with your phones too. Bungkusit does not discriminate. How cool is that?

 

2. THE WAITING GAME…. 

I waited. While waiting I decided to watch an episode of 2 Broke Girls to kill time. I figured, one episode is usually around 20 minutes, enough time for me to forget my hunger for a while. It didn’t feel that long at all, as when I was halfway through the second episode, I got a notification on my phone…  YO MY FISH AND CHIPS HAD ARRIVED!

That was the Fastest Food Delivery Ever !!

3. I’M A HAPPY GIRL! 

My top highlight about my experience with Bungkusit was, my food was still hot as if I was dining at the restaurant! Bungkusit definitely know how to balance between quality and convenience. Even ordering ice cream seems possible now, as with Bungkusit, cold will stay cold and hot will stay really hot. I was so satisfied and actually started to look up more food to order later (more like, dessert!)

Andddddd that was how I got to fulfil my craving with Bungkusit. When I thought the options are limited to selected places only, they have proven me wrong.
