
It is time to play with my little cute oven and I have indeed having fun experimenting the little Panasonic Cubie Oven (NU-SC100WMPQ). This round, we are trying on the Healthy Fry Function and it comes to be just awesome. Now I can have healthy air fry without using any oil to get my crispy, moist and juicy fried chicken.
Ingredients:
1. Bestari Marinate
2. 3 pcs of L shape chicken thigh and drum
3. Water
Method
1. Using the Bestari Marination ; I added some water and put in the chicken
2. Coat the thigh and drum with the marination and marinate it at least 3 hours to let the flavours absorb into the chicken
3. Choose the Healthy Fry and Pre-Heat the oven
4. Lay a aluminium paper at the tray to avoid the marination and oil drip down to your oven. I lay them on another tray and cook the chicken at another tray above
5. Put in the chicken on the tray and put it to 35 minutes
6. Served them once they are well fried and enjoy the crispy chicken with the juicy texture of the chicken
