Weekdays Set Lunch & Chef’s Recommendation @ Pak Loh Chiu Chow

Being amed as one of the Asia’s top 20 chef, Hong Kong Native Chef Alex Au introduced you with both the Weekend Set Lunch as well Fast Cooking Dishes in Pak Loh Chiu Chow.
Weekday Set Lunch 
There are six (6) choices of set which is available in their weekday set lunch which comes with an appetiser of Roasted Duck with Butterfly Bun, a main,fruits and a juice.
La Mian Soup with Bacon a Seasonal Vegetable (RM 35) 
Enjoy the bowl of pipping hot la mian noodles which is topped with the bacon and seasonal vegetables. The bowl of soup comes awesomely good where it is cooked with combination of chicken bone and pork bone making the some simply flavourful. The la mian texture comes springy and the bacon is juicy too.
Fried Rice with Barbecued Pork, Prawns and Seasonal Vegetable (RM 35)
For those who want to enjoy a plate of delicious rice, here you go! The fried rice comes awesomely good, fluffy and packed with all the delicious ingredients like barbecued pork, prawns and seasonal vegetables. 

Lemon Chicken Chop with Rice and Seasonal Vegetable 
(RM 35)
Sweet and Sourish temptations, the lemon chicken chop is just awesome. Well deep fried till golden brown and topped with the lemon sauce on top. The chicken comes awesomely good, tender and juicy. 
Stir – Fried La Mian with Pork and Seasonal Vegetable (RM 35) 
Well stir fried with “wok hei”; the la mian comes simply flavourful. Love the flavourful and springy la mian.
Rice  with Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Miu Choy and Seasonal Vegetable (RM 45)
For those who love to get some delicious awesome rice;  enjoy the braised pork bell with preserved miu choy. Love how the pork belly is being braised- tender, juicy and flavourful. Indeed a mouthwatering and homey dish to go with.

Rice with Baked Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs and Seasonal Vegetable (RM 45) 
The sweet sour spare ribs comes simply good and flavourful. Nice one! 
Asides, we also tried some of their Chef’s Recommendations dishes. 
Honey Barbecued Pork (RM 40) 
A must to have when you are in Pak Loh Chiu Chow. The char siew is amazingly good and juicy. 
Slow – Braised Goose with Pork Fillet, Pork Intestine, Pig’s Ear, Egg and Bean Curd (RM 45(S) / RM 80 (R) )
Love how it is done! I love the moist and juicy braised goose and the fillet. It is simply awesome and addictively good. 

Braised Spring Chicken stuffed with Glutinous Rice, Garlic, Ginger and Straw Mushroom (RM 45) 
To make this, Chef needs to select the correct size of spring chicken and it is then being stuffed with the Glutinous Rice, Garlic, Ginger and Straw Mushroom. It is then being braised for 2 hours before served. The dish is indeed awesome and a dish I called heaven as everything is perfectly done and flavourful.
Double Boiled Pork Tripe with Pepper and Salted Vegetables.
Enjoy a bowl of hot soup complete with the fragrant peppery taste in it. The soup comes flavourful with the fragrant pepper taste in it. Indeed one of my favourites and I don’t mind for another bowl.
Stir – Fried Kailan with Fresh Lily Bulb and Halibut Fish
 (RM 40 ) 
If you are a big fans of fish, enjoy these awesomelicious fried kailan together with the flaky halibut fish. Nicely done and prepared. 

Pomfret Rice Porridge (RM 45) 
If you are looking for some soothing dish to enjoy, consider enjoy the pomfret rice porridge. Cooked with Hong Kong style, the porridge comes fragrantly done and delicious. Chef had use 3 types of fish – Red Snapper, Sea Garupa and also the Sea Bass bone to boil them. With this, the broth comes awesomely good and fragrantly sweet with the fish taste in it.
