As Ramadhan approaches, Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers guest with the extravagant iftar feast to share the bliss of the holy month with Nusantara ambience to create a festive  Ramadhan atmosphere with loved one, friends and colleague.

And this year, Corus Hotel invites you to share the spirit of Buka Puasa with an array of sumptuous traditional Nusantara menu with the best kept recipe that you will be pamper with especially for food lovers.

Starts of your meal with all the ulam –ulamans that will definitely tempt your tastebuds. Wih the variety of sambals, kerabus and more.With the taste of nusantara, one can find a variet of kerabu to die for such as the Kerabu Paku Pakis, Kerabu Telur, Terung Pipit, Jantung Pisang, Nangka Muda, Peria Katak and many more

Sambal variety are also varies here as well where you can find the sambal belachan, cincaluk, sambal mangga, sambal nenas, sambal terung, sambal ikan and also the sambal tomato. You can also find a variety of Jeruk selection too such as jeruk kelubi, jeruk batik, jeruk cermai to name a few.

Don’t miss out the Keropok and Kacang Selection too. Pamper yourself with the Keropok Ikan, Keropok Udang, Kacang, assorted crackers with sauce and many more.

Dive into their hot mouth-watering Oxtail Soup which is one o the signature here where one will enjoy the delicious the mouth –watering Oxtail soup which is clear and added with the special seasoning and the papery taste in it. Be prepared to enjoy some hot, spicy , cooked to perfection dishes like the Daging Masak Hitam Berempah, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyok Sungai Pahang, Sambal Udang with Petai and many more.

Don’t miss out their action stalls where you can get the varieties of choices of seafood bakar prepare for you on the go, whole Kambing Panggang with Potato served with the assorted sauces black pepper, rosemary, mint and mustard. Others includes, the Pecal Parit Jawa, Lamb Varuval, Nyonya Asam Fish Tauhu Pok, Ayam Masak Merah ala Johor are some of the items which is being served.
