Dragon Boat Festival Rice Dumpling Delights at Hoi King Heen

May 8, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Celebrate Dragon Boat Festival with a delectable range of prestigious rice dumplings exquisitely prepared by award-winning Chef Leung Fai Hung of Hoi King Heen at InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong.

Chef Leung has selected the finest ingredients in crafting three dainty rice dumplings. Savour the homemade Whole Abalone and Eight Treasures Rice Dumpling (HK$218 per piece), a luxurious combination filled with a whole abalone, first-class dried black mushroom, dried shrimp, dried oyster, Japanese conpoy, pork, salted egg yolk and lotus seed. This premium creation is surely one the most craved treats of the year.

Nothing can go wrong with the all-time favourite Jiaxing Style Pork Belly Rice Dumpling (HK$148 per piece). Soaked in a refined soy sauce, the quality glutinous rice houses the marinated pork belly, Chinese ham and salted egg yolk. Every bite is a burst of flavourful goodness.

For a gratifying vegetarian option, opt for the classic Red Bean and Chestnut Rice Dumpling (HK$98 per piece) which is tailored only with healthy ingredients such as red bean, chestnut, and glutinous rice, delivering a sweet and refreshing taste.

Sales period: From now till 30 May 2017
Redemption period: Between 6 and 30 May 2017

For orders and enquiries, please call Hoi King Heen at (852) 2731 2883 or simply purchase at http://bit.ly/rice-dumplings-pr-en.
