From the selection of ingridients, preparation and cookng from the scratch one can enjoy everything right from making stock, butchering poultry in the house and more.

Start your meal with the Palate Cleanser where one can enjoy the velvety matcha-lime shooter. The velvety matcha-lime foam covering the matcha snow. It is indeed impressive with the refreshing taste
Appetizer – Savoury Éclair
Beautifully presented. The Gruyere Flavoured Pate a Choux decorated with the Auburgein caviar. Sides with the green chile pesto and tomato confict. The presentation is also pretty impressive and I am indulge with every bites of it
Soup Enjoy the soup of your choice either the French Onion Soup, Souffle Mushroom Soup or Strawberry Gazpacho. We loved the way they make the soup.
French Onion Soup
We are not a French Onion Soup lover but they had make us one. Enjoy the caramelized onion brooth accompanied by the French toast with it. The soup comes simply flavourful and delicious making every mouthful divinely good.
Souffle Mushroom Soup
The plant – based creamy mushroom soup is indeed addictively delicious with the topped of the truffle oil and covered with the savoury fluffy soufle. Nicely done with the fragrant blend of mushroom and great hint of truffle.

Strawberry Gazpacho
A new thing in town where it is hardly found in other places-  cold soup. Served chilled cold soup with the strawberries, garnished with the dehydrated strawberry and microgreen. The cold soup comes simply delicious with the flavourful touch of it. Nice and perfect !
Entrée
Choose one of the three netree to dine for. Have the choice of the Garden Platter, Savoury Ice Cream Salad or the Chicken Liver Parfait.
Garden Plater
Enjoy the fresh mixed greens planted  on top of the edible soil which is made from dried olive and the Gribiche Sauce ( French Tartar Sauce) . The garden platter comes impressively good and delicious.
Savoury Ice Cream Salad.
Cooling and yet impressive combination. The assorted baby leaves, heir looms tomatos, together with the seasonal microgreen and violet flowers served with the savoury ice cream. Nice one!
Mains
Enjoy their variety of the delicious items from their main menu. Have the choice of the Duck Breast with Orange Puree and Roasted Beetroot, Pomodaro Cream Pasta, Salmon with Jet Black Hollandaise, Seafood Turf and more. As for us, we had their signature Chicken Roulade with Brussels Sprout, and the Squid Ink Japonica Rice.
Chicken Roulade with Brussels Sprout
A must to try is the roulade of the juicy chicken thigh with the crunchy Brussels Sprouts and flavourful Chicken Jus. The Roulade of whole Chicken Thigh is being pasteurised and it is then being slow bath at 65 degrees for an hour. Making the chicken thigh tender and moist. I am indeed impressed how the chef do it!
Squid Ink Japonica Rice
The Japanese short gram rice is perfectly cooked with Squid Ink and they are well accompanied with prawns, baby squids, and omelette served with Garlic Mayonaisse. We love the way they had made the squid ink rice where the rice remains fluffy and flavourful.
Desserts
Choose your desserts from the 3 choices of variety – Deconstructed Lemon Meringue Pie,  Crème Brulee with Chocolate Sorbet, orthe Chocolate Souffle with Orange Sorbet.
Deconstructed Lemon Meringue Pie
Have the deconstructed Lemon Meringue Pie technically paired with the elements of Lemon Curd, Passion Fruit Gel, Italian Meringue and White Chocolate Sorbet. The dish is indeed impressive and the taste is just awesome-licious.
Crème Brulee with Chocolate Sorbet
Enjoy the Lush Egg Custard which is being accompanied by the white chocolate sorbet and meringue kisses. Nicely done with the touch of sweetness in it.
Ends your meal with the choice of “Single Origin, French Press Coffee, Loose Leaves Tea or Sparkling Ice Berry.
If you are looking for an ala-carte serving, you can enjoy he soup and entrée at RM 18, Main at RM 35 per serving (RM 10 additonal for duck breast) , and desserts at RM 20 per serving.
