Minu @ Greenhouse by Muir

February 27, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

A unique concepts where you can have your meals with the view of swarming trees, swimming seafood and everything at one place. Greenhouse by Muir – situated beside Gleneagles Hospital is one of the place worth to visit where you can dine everything you one from seafood, japanese cuisine, coffee and bread all in one place. Indeed unique.
And this round, we had our meal here in one of their restaurant.  Minu brings you with the beautiful interior and the touch of Japanese in it. White tables and chair and also the culinary is being hang on top of the restaurant too. Pretty unique!
In Minu, their menu are pretty simple, one can enjoy ala-carte or can have them in Course Meal. Price for ala-carte would be at RM 18 each and mains will be RM 20 (for Junior) and RM 35 ( for regular). Personally; I would recommend to go for set meal instead.
Tuna Avocado Cup
Cutted in cubes the tuna and avocado and it is being served with the crispy wantan skin. The taste comes awesome-licious and every mouthful is just addictively good. Crispy bites of the wantan skin together with the tuna and the creamy avocado made a perfect match.
Salmon Crostini
Inspired by a classic Italian snack with the twist of Japanese in it, The delicious awesomely done cured-salmon is beautifully placed on top of the little toast and it is  brushed with olive oil on top.

Tuna Tataki
Help yourself with these delicious well-cured tuna. Deliciously done with the moist and fresh texture; the tuna is indeed awesome where every mouthful is just like the fish is dancing in our mouth.
Hokkaido Pumpkin Soup
Don’t miss out the Hokkaido Pumpkin Soup which is served here. The smooth and warm texture of the soup topped with gracious seafood in it. Not to heavy but just perfect one to enjoy.
Unagi Carbonara Fettucini
I am indeed falling in love with this. Even though I am not the carbonara person, it is perfectly done and well served with those chunky grilled unagi with it. Satisfying!
Minu Sushi Platter
Visiting Minu without trying their sushi platter is a NO NO! The cutely presented Minu sushi. Presenting 4 choices of sushi, you can find the tuna sushi, ika sushi, salmon sushi and their tuna sushi. Lovely presented and it would surely melts your heart.
Anmitsu
One of the Japanese favourites desserts during summer, this Japanese wagashi dessert is completed with agar agar jelly, fruits, mochi, red bean paste, green tea ice cream and a good drizzle of sweet black sugar syrup.
They comes with the choice of three, four, five and six course meal and the charges as below:
