Quivo @ Pavilion : It’s The Little Things That Matters

August 11, 2016 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review Leave a Comment

One of the lovely restaurant helmed by Valiram Group; Quivo brings you with the Mediterranean-influenced restaurant & bar where it is indeed a hidden charm in Pavilion. Located

The first hidden restaurant inside Kate Spade in Pavilion; “Quivo” brings you with a nice ambience and great service. The name itself derived from the combination of the words ‘quirky’ and ‘nuevo’ feels with the cosy and yet attractive interior.

Spinach Foundae
Uniquely served but being not a spinach lover is indeed falling in love with it. They are well made with the creamy texture and it is served with the tortilla chips. Such a perfect starter to go and enjoy with whether you are waiting for your mains or either enjoy them with a cocktails or some wine.

Magherita Pizza
Love the thin crust pizza which is topped with the classic tomato, Mozzarella Cheese and Aromatic Basil. Nicely done with loads of goodies on the top. Love how it is served.

Tomato Basil Bruschetta
Wholesomely good and delicious, the tomato basil bruschetta is indeed a delicious one and appetizing temptation. Love the hint of basil with the tomato together.

Mini Beef Picca
The Beef Picca comes simply addictive. The meat is just perfect where they are juicy and tender.

Mini Crab Cake Burger
To cute to be eaten, aren’t they? The mini crab cake is my favorite of all. The crab cake is bringing you a moist texture and the fragrant of the crab cake in it. Nice and juicy

Rock Star Popcorn Shrimp
The Rock Star Popcorn Shrimps is something not to be missed. The shrimp being breadcrumb and then deep fried till perfection, and dipped with their signature sauce in it. Every mouthful just amazingly good and delicious.

Braised Beef Brisket Risoto
The braised beef brisket here is one of many favorites. The texture was tender and flavourful, and goes perfectly with the creamy risotto. Nicely done and double thumbs up!

Mini Falafel Burger
How can you say no to their burger? Their Mini Falafel Burger is just what you should try here. Nicely done and the taste is marvellous!

Last but not least, enjoy those lovely desserts of the night. Nothing get sweeter than this. Overall, Quivo embarks and aims to serve quality food. The moment you step in their restaurant, it brings you with the sensory-rich experience and great service with a personal touch. Every thing matters after all.
