Fruit Cake


250 g all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
150g sugar
150g marjerin melted
200g candied fruits mixed with 150 g raisins soaked in 60 ml of brandy or water
1 tbs of vanilla essence to taste
Marjerin for greasing mound

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Sift the flour and baking powder together
Cream egg and sugar, add in the flour and the rest of the ingredients
Mix them well
Pour into cake loud and baked around 45 minutes
