FABULOUS FATHER’S DAY CELEBRATION AT INTERCONTINENTAL GRAND STANFORD HONG KONG

June 1, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Pay a loving tribute to your dad this Father’s Day with a selection of gastronomic delights at InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong.

Shower your dad with love by surprising him with a sparkling Father’s Day brunch in Italian style at Mistral or treating him to a scrumptious Father’s Day buffet which features an extensive array of international delicacies and desserts at Café on M.  Award-winning Hoi King Heen has also prepared an exquisite Cantonese set menu for a truly memorable family celebration.

Sparkling Father’s Day Brunch at Mistral

Spoil your daddy with an Italian feast at Mistral! The culinary team showcases a sparkling Sunday brunch featuring a delectable spread of Italian favourites including premium cold cut and cheese, seafood antipasti, freshly shucked oysters, pan-fried duck liver, a live fresh pasta station, as well as a tempting range of dainty desserts from the buffet.  A string of main courses, from “pan-seared Norwegian salmon fillet”, “pan-fried king prawns”, to “grilled Australian Black Angus beef rib eye”, “roasted rack of lamb”, and more, are available for your selection.

For the kids, they will never get bored as they will be rolling up their sleeves and get busy decorating their very own cupcakes for their loving dads. After that, they will have a party of their own at the kids’ corner loaded with educational toys and interactive learning games. The entertaining balloon twisting performed by our clown will certainly bring every little one a delightful afternoon.
