Executive Sous Chef Tony Wong is pleased to introduce a sensational dining experience, featuring the highly-prized French Cancale oysters to the JW Café’s dinner buffet from 11 to 24 April 2016. Diners may look forward to enjoy the succulent taste and firm texture of the famed oysters perfectly prepared in various enticing ways.
Harvested in the Brittany region of north-western France, Cancale oysters are firm and light, and pair well with stronger flavoured ingredients. Chef Tony will prepare the oysters in six ways ranging from Rockefeller with spinach; typhoon-shelter style; panko-fried, served with tartare sauce; grilled on shell with dry sake as well as crispy fried omelette. Get a taste of authentic Chinese congee with Cancale oysters prepared fresh at the live cooking station.
Renowned for its extensive varieties, JW Café’s buffet offers 11 show kitchens, featuring premium specialties and a medley of fine Chinese, Asian and Western dishes. In addition, there is also a dessert station serving an array of creative home-made pastries and cakes, all to complete an enticing meal.
