Executive Sous Chef Kok Chee Kin is thrilled to showcase an 8-course Set Menu that captures the finest flavors of Cantonese cuisine from 8 April until 6 May 2016. Diners will be able to create their own menu with a choice of 3 dishes to choose from every course. From soups to poultry dishes, seafood and meat as well as vegetables and rice or noodle plus dessert, every course is covered in this all-encompassing menu.
Chef Kok Chee Kin has masterfully helmed the Dynasty kitchen and through his unfailing devotion to Cantonese cuisine’s principles said, “Cantonese cuisine is famously subtle and the cooking techniques are kept simple. Steaming, braising, stir-frying and barbecuing are some of the cooking methods used to preserve the food’s original flavor.”
Priced at RM128nett per person with a minimum of 2 persons dining, diners should try the Black pepper lamb with onion garlic, Braised spare ribs ‘Mok Sek’ style, Butter prawns with salted eggs, Braised seafood soup with crab roe and the Black pepper lamb with onion garlic.
Dynasty Restaurant is open daily for lunch from 12.00noon to 2.30pm and dinner from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. Dim Sum breakfast is served from 9.00am to 2.30pm on Sundays and Public Holidays (dinner hours are as usual).
