Indulge in A Taste of Love Dinner Buffet and impress your love with our DIY Cake Decoration Workshop at Café Renaissance or savour the sweet moments with a Sweet Surprise Champagne and Dessert Platter at The Lounge.

Apart from the much-loved Seasonal Oysters, succulent Live Steamed Lobsters and Baked Lobster Mornay, the new Sous Vide Salmon action station is too good to be missed. Using Norwegian Salmon and cooked at 52°C in a fish tank for 10 minutes to retain tenderness that will elevate diners’ experience to the next level.

Savour the sweet moments with a handcrafted DIY love cake at the DIY Cake Decoration Workshop. Couples can decorate heart shaped Strawberry Mousse Cakes with your choice of condiments to create your one-and-only love cake on Valentine’s Day. Immerse yourself in the dessert corner with Raspberry Mousse Cup, Purple Sweet Potato Cup Cake, White Chocolate Crème Brûlée, à la minute Fresh Fruit Flambé with Champagne Sabayon and many more desserts that will surely bring your valentine sweet memories.

A Taste of Love Dinner Buffet is available on 14 February 2016 from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., priced at HK$588* per adult and HK$388* per child (aged 3-11), includes a free flow of selected chilled juice
and soft drinks. Guests can add HK$ 150* per person to enjoy a free flow of selected house red/white wines, sparkling wine and draught beer.

Delight your valentine with a sweet surprise at The Lounge by sipping on Moët & Chandon Champagne and savour our romantic dessert platter, including Crème Brûlée with Assorted Berries and Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream. Indulge in the fascinating Victoria Harbour view with your
beloved one at The Lounge and enjoy the romantic delicacies together on Valentine’s Day. The Moët & Chandon Champagne (375 ml) and Dessert Platter is available on 14 February 2016 from 3 p.m. to 12 midnight and priced at HK$ 520* per set.
