NAUGHTY NURI’S @ DESA SRI HARTAMAS

August 4, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

NAUGHTY NURI

Many says a trip to Ubud doesn’t count without a meal at Naughty Nuri’ where it is a place all about the pork ribs and martinis. Thankfully, the new outlet at Hartamas doesn’t fall far from the tree.
NAUGHTY NURI
Located just next to BricksBarrels, it is easily spotted and the ambience were indeed a great one.

NAUGHTY NURI
Started off with their salad where we are served with the appetizing greenies- Cha-Cha –Cha Grilled Porky Salad (RM 23.80) where the grilled marinated five spice pork with mixed salad accompanied with cucumbers, pineapple mango, dried shrimps and almond and also their homemade kaffir lime leaf dressing. Amazingly delicious

NAUGHTY NURI
Naughty Nuri ‘s Signature Ribs where we had the Naughty Nuri’s 1995 Signature BBQ Spare Ribs (RM 39/1 slab) where their ribs are specially marinated with the Balianese spice and char-grilled with a special sauce till it flavor enhanced. I love the way it is being prepared with the ribs had the scent of char-grilled in it with the moist and juicy flavours. The taste is good with a nice smoky flavor and what’s more they were barbecued till it was fall-off-the-bone tender.
NAUGHTY NURI
For those who do not like ribs, they can go for the Naughty Nuri’s BBQ Pork Loin (RM 25) where the pork loin is specially marinated with their Balianese Soice and chargrilled till its flavor enhanced. The tender meat is so delicious where two pieces is not enough.

A bit Atas for a mee goreng where the Indonesian Style Mee Goreng (RM 18) comes slighty pricey though. However the taste were good where the Mee Goreng is stir fried with the mix vegetables, onions, chilies, and sliced pork with the black sauce. For those who love to get more top-ons, you can add the roast pork @ RM 5. But it is worth for it though with the quality there.

Overall, the food is indeed a good one and delicious one. I haven’t been to their Ubud Outlet but being a Balianese delights, it is simply lovely meal to go for.
