Harbour Restaurant of the hotel presents an array of delicious specialties in “Valentine’s Day” Dinner Buffet. Under the spotlight is the exquisite Braised Whole South African Abalone in Oyster Sauce, it is sure to impress you with its richness and tenderness, each patron will receive one complimentary serving. A wide range of luxurious abalone and bird’s nest specialties, such as Abalone and Seaweed Salad with Sesame Sauce, Abalone and Bird’s Nest Congee, Steamed Fried Rice with Abalone Wrapped with Lotus Leaf and Mini Abalone and Diced Chicken Vol-au-vent are also available in the buffet. Besides, the aromatic and tender Grilled Kobe A3 Wagyu Beef prepared a la minute, is specially added to the menu to tantalize everyone’s taste buds on this sweet day (one serving per patron)!
Apart from the above dishes, another hot-pick is the sweet and fresh Assorted Seafood Platter, 8 kinds of seafood including New Zealand Oysters, Edible Crabs, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, French Golden Sea Whelks and more are severed on the platter for you to savour the sweetest taste from the ocean. Other recommendations are Grilled Counter, Sushi and Sashimi Counter, Cheese Counter and Salad Bar. In addition, a range of seductive desserts like Bird’s Nest Egg Tart, Crème Brûlée with Bird’s Nest, Mango Sago and Pomelo Pudding with Bird’s Nest and Black Rice and Pumpkin Pudding with Bird’s Nest are also lined up tidily at the Dessert Counter waiting for dessert lovers to grab. Undoubtedly, 8 flavours of MOVENPICK Ice cream from Switzerland is always the focus of the Dessert Counter.
To offer an alternative, Harbour Restaurant launches “Valentine’s Day Lunch Buffet” for the first time for couples to indulge in a lunchtime feast. Apart from the regular offerings like salad, cold cut, cheese platter, hot dishes and various desserts, 4 selections of sashimi and seafood will be served at Sashimi Counter and Seafood Platter accordingly, while the sweetest Canadian Snow Crab Legs are exclusively added to the seafood platter on this sweet occasion, these luscious delicacies are sure to delight your palate.
Other than the lavish buffets, we have also prepared a series of romantic activities and privileges for couples. One bottle of red or white wine (375ml) will be given to every 2 patrons or one glass of special drink will be offered to each guest upon patronizing lunch buffet on 14 February. Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet patrons will receive one bottle of strawberry sparkling wine (200ml) and each couple will receive a pair of beautifully crafted lock-shaped crystal USB too. Also, instant photo shooting service will be provided for lovers to capture the romantic moment on that day. Besides, on 14 February, lunch or dinner buffet patrons can purchase selected champagne and red or white wines on-the-spot at discounted prices to bring the wines home.
What’s more, early bird offer will be extended to the above buffets! Patrons who make reservation with full payment on or before 7 February 2015 will enjoy waiver of 10% service charge on Valentine’s Day Lunch Buffet and Dinner Buffet. Besides, 20% off will be offered to tables of 6 to 8 patrons when patronizing Dinner Buffet on 14 February, other discount offers are not applicable on that day.
