ENTICING ITALIAN DELIGHTS AT MISTRAL

Celebrate the holiday season in Italian style as our Italian Chef de Cuisine, Samuele Baudoino brings you a truly memorable festive experience with our distinctive Italian menus and a sparkling festive family lunch. The Christmas Eve 6-course set dinner and New Year’s Eve 8-course set dinner featuring delicious treats including goose liver terrine, lobster risotto, steamed turbot fillet, braised Wagyu beef, festive panettone and many more.

Mistral also serves up an enticing Festive Family Lunch for family gathering on the Christmas Day, including a wide selection of antipasti, hams, oysters, and poached lobsters, live cooking pasta station as well as pan-fried duck liver. With your choice of main dishes, choose from roasted black cod fillet, grilled langoustine, guinea hen and duck liver roulade and braised beef cheek with black truffle purée. Free-flowing Prosecco, Italian red and white wines, selected cocktails are available for you to enjoy a bubbly holiday. Kids will have a party of their own at the kids’ corner loaded with educational toys and interactive learning games sponsored by Vtech® for a delightful afternoon.
