HARBOUR RESTAURANT PRESENTS “MANGO FIESTA” AFTERNOON TEA BUFFET

July 21, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Looking for a cozy environment to enjoy refreshing delicacies on a weekend afternoon? From 2 August, an array of scrumptious and nutritive mango cuisines will be served at Harbour Restaurant of The Harbourview for you to indulge in a paradise of mango!

“Mango Fiesta” Afternoon Tea Buffet incorporates high quality mangoes from Philippines and Thailand. 2 highly recommended appetizers are the sweet and fruity Mango and Crab Stick Salad and the chill and spicy Green Mango and Green Papaya Salad, these appetizing starters are perfectly fit for health-oriented patrons. What’s more, various low-sugar mango desserts are also meticulously prepared by our Pastry Chef. Vying for your attention is the exquisite Mini Mango and Peach Pie. With luscious fresh fruit flesh on top of the custard and the crunchy pie, you will definitely be addicted to its fragrance and sweetness. Unlike traditional lamingtons, Mango Lamington is filled with freshly made mango puree. This combination provides a flowing texture to the filling inside the cake, while the charm of smoothness of the cake is irresistible. Furthermore, Mango and Coconut Sago Cream, Panna Cotta with Diced Mango and Mango Cheesecake are also available to satisfy the appetite of mango dessert aficionados.

In addition to the above, a light and healthy Mexican snack, Mango and Chicken Quesadillas is specially introduced, this delectable dish is sure to tempt your palate with its rich fillings. Also under the spotlight is live-cooking style Ramen Station with a range of condiments available for diners’ selection. Other recommendations are Assorted Sushi and Sushi Rolls, various Salads and sweet tooth’s hot picks at the Dessert Counter. MOVENPICK Ice Cream, Waffle with Mango Sauce, Red Bean Bread Pudding, Cream Puff, Chocolate Fountain and assorted mini cakes are lined up tidily waiting for you to grab.

Savour our “Mango Fiesta” Afternoon Tea Buffet with your beloved ones to enjoy a relaxing moment! Available from 3:30pm to 5:30pm on every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from August to October 2014, the buffet costs HK$150 per person only (same price for adult, senior and child)!
