CELEBRATE THE SPIRIT OF 1-MALAYSIA THIS RAMADAN AT BERJAYA WATERFRONT HOTEL, JOHOR BAHRU

Ramadan is a time of togetherness with families and loved ones for a heart-warming reunion dinner. Besides promoting the gathering of family and friends, the occasion also commemorate the spirit of 1-Malaysia thus, Berjaya Waterfront Hotel, Johor Bahru’s culinary team has gone to a great length to prepare this year buffet theme’ BWH Truly Malaysia’ serving delectable cuisines from various Malaysian states and ethnics.

Diners can relish in unlimited helpings of this diversified cuisine served in five rotational menus featuring more than 150 types of dishes daily. The special buffet consists of Malaysian states signature cuisines such as Rojak Buah Padang Besar Perlis, Laksa Ikan Kembong Kuala Kedah, Kuay Teow Kerang Kota, Ipoh Dim Sum Galore, Satay Kajang, Daging Salai Masak Lemak Chilli Api Ujang Warith, Asam Pedas Baba Nyonya, Jawa Ambeng Bandar Maharani, Masak Lemak Ikan Patin Kuning Temerloh, Keropok Lekor Sebrang Takir, Nasi Kerabu Cek Mek Molek, Umai Bumi Kenyalang, Kambing Golek Kundasang, Bubur Lambuk Kampong Baru, Ice-cream Selayang and more.

Aside  from the signature dishes, there are appetizers on the spread that cover an assortment of Kerabu which includes Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu Anika Laut, Kerabu Pucuk Paku, Kerabu Jantung Pisang, Kerabu Kupang, Kerabu Kelantan, Kerabu Daging Salai, Kerabu Sotong Kembang, Kerabu Ayam Carik and more. For those who yearn for healthy delights, they can toss up their own Ulam-Ulam Kampung or Air-Flown Salads on offer.

The extensive buffet spread will not be complete without culminating the evening on a sweet note.  A wide selection of thirst-quenching drinks such as Air Bandung, Air Jagong, Sirap Selasih, Air Katera and many more are made available.  Also offered are an assortment of Pastries, Cakes, Malay Kuih, Cookies, Fruit cocktails, Ais kacang, Cendol, Pengat Pisang, Bubur Kacang Hijau Durian various flavours of Puddings and more.

The whole dining experience will be enlivened with enchanting live Ghazal music entertainment decorated in a special theme to create the Festive Ramadan atmosphere apart from the restaurant scenic view. Diners may also perform Solat Maghrib and Isyak in guest rooms assigned as Surau throughout the month of Ramadan.

All these simple yet authentic splendid buffet dinner is priced at RM80.00+ per adult and RM42.00+ per child at Salt ‘n” Pepper Café Restaurant that is located at level 5. The ‘1-Malaysia Bazaar Kampung’ buffet dinner is available from 29 June 2014 to 27 July 2014 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. Room guests can enjoy a 20% discount throughout the holy month. Apart from that, diners could also take part in the ‘Count & Win’ contest and stand a chance to bring home great prizes as good as 3D/2N hotel stay experience!

Guest seeking rest and relaxation from their busy schedules in the heart of the city during the Ramadan period, will be thrilled with the hotel’s ‘Balik Kampung’ room promotion as it offers as low as RM143.00 nett per room per night in Deluxe room with minimum 3 nights stay which  can be used on different occasion within the validity date. The promotion is valid from 1 June until 31 August 2014. Alternatively, there is an attractive room offers of 2 days/ 1 night  stay including  supper/breakfast and ‘1-Malaysia Bazaar Kampung’ buffet dinner for 2 persons to choose from. ‘Berbuka di Rumahku’ room package is priced at RM352.00 nett per room per night and the promotion valid from 29 June 2014 to 27 July 2014.

In addition to the attractive room promotion, guests can delve into the lavish upcoming ‘Juadah Bonda’ Buffet Special offered at Salt ‘n” Pepper Café Restaurant on 28 to 29 July 2014. For hi-tea, the buffet is priced at RM45.00+ per adult and RM28.00+ per child whereas for dinner, it is RM70.00+ per adult and RM35.00+ per child. The outlet’s daily operational hours are from 12.00 noon – 4.00pm for hi-tea and 6.30pm – 10.30pm for dinner.
