Let our Malay Kitchen Chef Mohd Fauzi and his brigade of enthusiastic cooks display their culinary prowess as you savour their creations. They have prepared not one, not two but SEVEN sets of buffet menus to be rotated daily. Start your ‘Berbuka Puasa’ with a refreshing glass of Air Bandung, Soya Bean Milk, Cincau or Cendol with a bite or two of the traditional dates. Then tuck into a medley of appetizers consisting of Exotic Thai Chicken Roll, Prawn Honey Salad, Betik Muda Ikan Bilis, Assorted Sushi and Maki and Pasembor. Not to mention the traditional Ulam-ulam and Kerabu with its myriad of dressings, among others.  Those who are more adventurous will enjoy our signature ‘Sup Gearbox’, Sup Tulang Rawan, Sup Soto Ayam expertly made to ensure a full and wholesome taste.

Main courses include favourites like Nasi Kandar Penang, Nasi Kunyit Baba, Kambing Panggang Seekor, Rendang Tok, Ikan Bakar, Ikan Masak Lemak Tempoyak, Kari Kepala Ikan, Ikan Pekasam Masak Lemak dengan Pucuk Manis, Ayam Percik, Ayam Masak Rempah dengan Nangka Muda, Rendang Daging, Daging Kerutup, Udang Masak Merah, Telur Itik Masak Lemak, Sotong Goreng Berlada, Ketam Masak Lemak and Mee Kari.

Special items like Ikan Tiga Rasa, Fried Mussel ala ‘Kam Heong’ and Pasta Aglio Olio, to name a few. And how can we forget the ever-popular Bubur Lambuk – this once-a-year-temptation? Those who are hooked to Laksa will be happy to know that there will be different types ranging from Laksa Utara, Assam Laksa Penang and Laksa Johor.

Not enough? We’ve got more to offer. There will be action stalls offering authentic favourites such as Ayam Golek Berempah Panggang, Mee Rebus, Dim Sum, Chicken Rice and its assorted condiments, Murtabak, Otak-otak, Fresh Sugarcane,  Fried Crab with Variety of Sauces, Szechuan Chargrilled Tenderloin and the ever-popular Beef and Chicken Satay with all its side condiments.

Be sure to leave some space for sweet endings as you would not want to miss our selection of satisfying desserts. We have western styled mousses and creams of different kinds, jellies, tarts, cakes and crumbles, Crème Caramel, Hot Chocolate Pudding and Bread Pudding. For a taste of local sweets – the rich Sago Gula Melaka, soft and chewy Dodol and the satisfying Ais Kacang – are a feast to our eyes and a treasure chest of yummy ingredients.
