The Secret Sweet Garden
The romantic Secret Sweet Garden, includes white picket fences adorned with butterflies and birdcages surrounding edible flowers, honeycomb crunch cakes, yuzu bamboo charcoal macarons, éclairs, oodles of truffles, chocolate fountains and tarts, all accompanied by garden flower pots, mossy pebbles and watering tins.

I Love Mongkok
The mayhem and buzz of Mongkok is also renowned for its delicious dynamism and street chic foods and culture. I Love Mongkok takes guests on a street side journey through Fa Yuen Street and Sai Yeung Choi Street where kaya toast, curried fish balls, pineapple buns and Hong Kong lai cha milk tea bring the authentic flavours of Mongkok to five-star contemporary surrounds.
Edible Art
Candied, gold foil cornets dance delicately in swirly iron frames which tower over the artistic culinary creations of Edible Art which include poppadom cones, salmon and goat’s cheese éclairs, cake pops and chocolate pavés, alongside creative material awaiting interpretations of art to be expressed upon, perhaps to join the hotel’s collection of 1,500 pieces of creative contemporary art work.
Green Chic
Embracing planet conservation and encouraging green-consciousness, Green Chic shows guests the way forward through eco-friendly canapés, homemade organic goodies and healthy eats, perfect to perk up the body, mind and soul. Delights include Vietnamese rice paper rolls with spicy tofu and sweet dipping sauce, mini mac and cheese with Serrano ham and chicken, organic berry compote with low fat yoghurt and granola, chocolate dipped bananas with pistachio and fresh fruit juice stations.
The Elevated Culinary Concepts are available for cocktails, soirées and events for a minimum of 80 persons, with menus and pricing available upon request.
