One their signatures is also the Hoji Shiratama Parfait (RM18.80) . Something different from the usual green tea; the artisan desserts is well layered till perfectionist and it is then being topped with layered of Kanten Jelly and Hoji syrup then topped with soft served vanilla ice cream, generous layer of corn flakes and garnished with Hoji ice cream, Hoji bean paste, Mochi, whipped cream and a drizzle of Hoji Syrup. Though it looks small but the parfait is such a heavy desserts.
Matcha “Gateux Chocolat” Parfait (RM19.80) is another artisan dessert to check it out here. Alike the taste of coffee but is green tea, it comes special to me. The artisan dessert starting with a layer of Kanten jelly and Matcha syrup then topped with soft serve vanilla ice cream, generous layer of corn flakes. It is then being garnished with Matcha ice cream, Matcha Gateux Chocolate Cake, red bean paste, whipped cream and a drizzle of Matcha syrup.
Kinako Warabimochi (RM14.80) imported from Japan is one of the items which is good. The texture alike mocha but it uses different ingredients. Made from bracken starch, the Warabimochi is then dotted with Kinako (Sweet Toasted Soybean)for a better aroma and sweetness.
