BREADFRUITS, SRI HARTAMAS

March 19, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Well, waking up late during weekends is something Malaysian usually do. We had our brunch at BreadFruits which is located at the norrow streets of Desa Sri Hartamas.
BreadFruits which is located at the neighboring place in Sri Hartamas area where you can get find an all-in-one bakery, fruit seller and café here. BreadFruits strives to offer 100% natural, nutritious and balanced meals. The café has a small dining space which is comfortable sitting and a place filled with wood and bricks and black fixtures. Their business is pretty good leaving where when we are there during our trip, the places is packed with customer and the kitchen had non-stop preparing the dish to customer as their customer pouring in every minut. Business is indeed good and sittings are full too

BreadFruits is located within the narrow roads of Desa Sri Hartamas, a place we barely maneuver through anymore because of the parking nightmare and a neighbouring Publika. Part bakery, part fruit seller and part cafe, BreadFruits strives to offer 100% natural, nutritious and balanced meals. The café comes with a small dining area where their half space taken up by a long bar and a small area of fruits tfor sale. There is display of Malaysian Wild Honey for sale and this is also used by BreadFruits in their food and drinks.

Roasted Banana Bacon French Toast with Passion Wild Honey (RM18.80) brings us with the extraordinary and yet a good combination of the sweet, sour and savory temptations. The combination of the caramelized banana, bacon and Passion Wild Honey juice on the oven baked rye bread with the French Toast is indeed a reat one. With the delicious temptations and the combination, the taste is surprisingly good and the French Toast comes well with the dash of icing sugar and the appetizing passion fruit and wild honey sauce is bringing us with a special and appetizing breakfast.

The Breakfast Platter comes well to our favorite. The heart delights is indeed a good one where they comes well with a great platter. The Smoked Salmon Breakfast Platter is served perfectly well where the platter is indeed a filing one where they have the Smoked Salmon, Scramble Egg, Avocado and also the Cherry Tomato Salad, lemon, arugula & sourdough that filled up the plate. The lively color of the platter is indeed impressive with the colourful and healthy food with it.

SatisFry Up (RM22.80) was made up of bacon, scramble egg, sautéed mushroom, roasted cherry tomato, mash potato, arugula and toast. The heavy breakfast brings us with the hearty fillng breakfast. I love the great combination of the meal itself which had made it satisfying and the egg is well mix with the moist texture. It is indeed one of my favorite where the bacon and mushroom is fragrantly done.

Gourmet Antipasto Breakfast Platter (RM25.80) is one of the new item in BreadFruits menu. With the wide range of the traditional dry cured hams that comes well to our palate includes the proscitto and salami Milano, Chorizo Sausage together with the brie and chaddar cheese. Not to forget it is being accompanied with the strawberry grape olive salad, with the 7 minute egg and the toasted cabiatta. Not too a big one, it is perfect for me; where each of it is filled with the hearty delighting breakfast to go for. The 7 minutes egg is subtuly smooth.

B.L.T Avocado Guacamole (RM16.80) is where the classic BLT is sandwiching mashed avocado guacamole, bacon, lettuce, tomato, egg within the toasted ciabatta. The lovely awesome dining especially the cabiatta promotes a crispy outside, fluffy soft inside texture that is such a perfect dining experience. Yummmz
