It was indeed a great experience to stay in Hotel de Art in Shah Alam. Hotel De Art is not just an ordinary hotel located in Seksyen 7, Shah Alam. The hotel is around 5 minutes drive from Klang, 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur and 40 minute from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

What I love the most is they have a very great attraction nearby which includes I-City, Blue Mosque, The Shah Alam Sports Complex, Extreme Park, Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, Bukit Cahaya Agricultural Park and world-class golf courses located nearby are ideal for recreation. Not only that, they also have mini markets like My Mydin and 99 Speedmart nearby with the Bukit Raja JUSCO Shopping Center are around the corner to cater to every need.

This boutique hotel is Malaysia’s most creative and exciting lifestyle hotel, with 58 rooms designed around different Art themes like fairy tales, flowers & nature, movies, cities like Paris & New York, mystical Egypt, posh Europe and majestic China and even legendary superstars like Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, Mickey Mouse, Hello Kitty, and even Lady GAGA. What’s special is every room will have a different design which is really unique.

We had our room theme – Roman de la Rose. Lovely pink cherry roses which bring us with the romantic feeling too. It is also very beautiful decorated with the basic ammetities there- hot shower and internet services. The bed is also good to have my sleep there and the experience in the hotel is a good one. It is well maintain with clean white bedsheet and the room is perfectly clean, quirky with the remarkable value.

The package is affordable where it comes with breakfast from Hainan Tea House. It is perfectly a great hotel which is worth for the money too.

How to go
By commuter: From KL Sentral station, board a KTM to Shah Alam station. From Shah Alam station, you can take a taxi to our hotel (around 10-15 min)

By car: Use the Federal Highway and follow the direction to i-City. Turn right and pass through the bridge, and you will see Wisma Jakel and Petronas Station at your left, and UiTM backdoor at your right. Go straight and turn left at the 2nd traffic light junction (immediately after seeing Klinik Kesihatan Seksyen 7 Shah Alam at your left), and turn right immediately after that. You would see a big lake (Shah Alam Recreational Park) at your right and Hotel de Art and Hailam Coffee House is just in front of the lake.
