June 14, 2013 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review 2 Comments

LATTE MEI is a tea and beverages franchise from Taiwan. Established in 2010, it has become popular throughout the nation. The business has now expanded worldwide – including Mainland China, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Indonesia and Malaysia.

The LATTE MEI concept is ‘technical tea’. Thanks to their state-of-the art tea machinery, their bubble teas are brewed freshly in-store. With over 20 years of tea manufacturing experience with a team of professional beverages specialist, LATTE MEI will ensure the freshest and highest quality teas are made to the tea lover. Fame by its star beverage- Green Tea Latte, LATTE MEI has continuing serving more and more fresh and innovative beverage products.

#1: Signature Cream WheatTea

#4: Signature Cream Winter Melon Tea

At LATTEMEI, you can find almost 4 to 6 different types of drinks available where they had well categorized them into Signature Cream Beverage, Fresh Tea, Milk Tea, QQ Jelly , Sweet Cream Beverage, Healthy Tea and more.

The famous item in LATTEMEI does not disappoint us with their Signature Cream Beverage. They have a large selection of Signature Cream Beverage which includes green tea, wheat tee, oolong tea, alisan tea, apple black tea, brown rice tea, coffee and chocolate. LATTE MEI also gives us the delicious tips of drinking their Signature Cream Tea too
Price: RM 5.90 (M) RM 6.90 (L)

They do teach how to drink your tea as well.

Do Open Wide Your mouth while drinking the tea so you can taste the irrestible mix of cream and tea. With this you can taste the irrestible mix which is simply good. Aside, do coat your lios with the white cream which you can enjoy their signature cream. The way of enjoying the Signature Cream Beverage is being pasted on the cup itself to customer. The latte drink is not on a sweet base but I love the slight saltiness which comes together with the drink itself.

Besides that, they do have those tea which is filled with the ingridients in it like basil seeds, coconut jelly, aloe and the famous bubble jelly as well. LATTEMEI do serve milk tea with different flavors like pudding milk tea, QQ taro Milk Tea, Bubble Milk Tea, Hazelnut Milk Tea and more. We had their Taro Milk Tea where the Taro which is served on the fragrant tea is self is quite chewy. Nicely made.
Price: RM 4.90 (M) RM5.90 (L)

#1: Lychee Ice Tea
#2: Basil Seed Kamquat Juice
#3: Apple Fruit Tea
#4: Grass Jelly Wintermelon

Not only that, they do have a range of other tea as well which includes Fresh Tea, Milk Tea, QQ Jelly, Fruit Tea, Healthy Tea, Wintermelon series and more. The refreshing drinks which is filled in the menu is worth to try as well. Each of the drinks does have their own specialtist and for me, I love the Basil Seed Kamquat Juice which is well made with the sour taste. Lovely.
Price: RM 5.90 (M) RM 6.90 (L)

QQ Passion Fruit Green Tea which is another series of tea to try off. Served together with the bubble jelly and some cubes jelly, the drinks is very refreshing.
Price: RM 5.90 (M) RM 6.90 (L)

Yakult Mango Juice is also a nice combination too which have a slight soury taste in it.My lil one falling in love with this drink.
Price: RM 6.50 (M) RM 7.50 (L)

In LATTEMEI, you can enjoy your drinks with your friends and enjoying the Belgium Waffle together. They waffle is unlike the soft and spongy US waffle which is commonly found in the market. The Liege waffle is cispy, solid and aromatic Besides the wheat aroma, the caramel coating formed by the sanding sugar on the top do brings with another kind of taste. In LATTE MEI, you can choose to have it with the classic, savory, whipped cream or ice cream as well. We had the Cheezy Malt which is good and delicious one. With the creamy cheesy taste, it does brings a great taste with the combination of the drinks.
Price: RM 5.80

If you love to have some whipped cream, try their best seller Fruitilicious where the waffle is being served with the bed of fruits on top like kiwi, strawberries and more. Lovely delights for ladies who love something sweet.
Price: RM 6.90

– The Savory Ice cream Belgium Waffle-

We ended ours with the Ice cream Belgium Waffle as well where we had the best seller Banana Vanilla. Lovely ice creams with banana with it. It is being decorated with the chocolate syrup on top which make it even nicer. My lil one is just falling in love with it and enjoy them so much.
Price: RM 7.80
