SENSATIONAL NEW YEAR COUNTDOWN CELEBRATION AT CINNAMON COFFEE HOUSE OF ONE WORLD HOTEL PETALING JAYA (31 December & 01 January 2013)

Ring in 2013 with exquisite and lavish cuisines in elegant style. It is time to wine, dine and celebrate the sensational countdown in your finest party outfits at Cinnamon Coffee House. What better way to greet the spectacular 2013 than to feast with your loved ones with splendid New Year fare of local and international cuisines specially prepared by out brigade of chefs.

Among the specialty appetizers of the New Year smorgasbord include a variety of cold platter on ice such as Smoked Chicken with Caramelized Onion, Black Pepper Smoked Salmon Rosette, Young Mango Salad with Squid and Cilantro, Buratta with Ripe Tomato and Basil Pesto, sushi and sashimi comprising Maguro, salmon sashimi, baby octopus, prawns, butterfish, Futomaki rice rolls and California Rolls, assorted salads with various dressings, assorted dim sum and a wide range of freshly picked seafood. Soup selections include Prawn Bisque, Sweet Corn and Crab Meat, Sup Daging and Kentang Berempah and Carrot and Orange Soup.

Offerings from the carving and live cooking stations feature Beef Wellington with Parsley, Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables, Whole Roasted Lamb with Seasonal Vegetables, Potatoes and Herb rice, Freshly Baked Pizzas, an assortment of Pastas prepared a la minute and Shawarma grilled to perfection.

Indulge in some of the favourite main courses like Chicken Lasagne, Striploin Fillet with Mushroom Sauce, Seared Fish with Tomato and Olive Sauce, Lamb Bourguignon, Roast Potato with Rosemary and Honey, Seafood Paella, Boneless Lamb Leg with Ratatouille, Roasted Chicken with Tarragon Sauce and Eggplant Parmagianna to name a few.

If you are in for local food, selections of sumptuous Malay, Chinese and Indian favourites are also served at the buffet counter. Satisfy your tastebuds with Wok fried prawn with chef’s Special Sauce, Steamed Cod Fish with Soy Sauce and Ginger, Crispy Lemon Chicken, Sweet and Sour Fish, Lamb Kuzi, Ketam Tiga Rasa, Nasi Serai, Marmite Prawn, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Dum Briyani, Dhall Bangalore, Eggplant Baigan Barta, Fish Tikka, Chicken Kurma and Lamb Varuval.

For a sweet finale, end your meal with irresistible desserts such as White Chocolate Mousse, Coffee Cheesecake, Red Velvet, Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta, Oreo Brownies, Vanilla Mini Crème Brulee, Mini Apricot Galettes, Warm vanilla bread pudding, Pavlova with Fruit Coulis, Ginger Cream Caramel, Profiterole, caramel macadamia tart, Bannofie Pie and assorted Malay kuehs.

Other highlights include mouth watering Chocolate Fondue with condiments, Hot Longan and Lily Bulbs, assorted cut fruits, selection of ice cream and our specialty dessert, Teppan Ice Cream with condiments.
