This year the Mill Café ushers in Ramadan with an sumptuous and delectable spread to be savoured with your loved ones, family and friends. The theme of the buffet – Germesik buffet is indeed a great one with the variety of Malay delights which is fresh and flavorful.

We are pround to be invited for the review for the new menu which is by the theme of the Malay delights as a highlight where there we are being served with their their specialities on the plates for us to try. In the buffet, it will be a definite the spread will be more than we had tried for the day. The Germesik buffet line-up offers an extensive selection of traditional Malay dishes and regional specialties, along with appetisers, salads, condiments, breads, soups, main dishes, desserts and refreshments. Diners will feast on Malaysia favourites such as Whole Roasted Lamb, Ayam Panggang Seksyen 8, Kerabu Pucuk Paku Kerang, Daging Goreng a la Kampung and many more.

– Kerabu Mango-

– Kerabu Jantung Pisang-

To start with we are being served with the simply appetizing delights which is indeed really good . The appetizer is indeed mouth watering like Kerabu Mango, Kerabu Jantung Pisang and many more.

The spread buffet is indeed served well with the some deep fried scrumptious delights like the Burung Puyuh, Ayam Berempah as well as Sotong Kunyit. The ayam berempah and the burung puyuh is indeed my favorites where it is well deep fried and the juicy taste of the meat.

Aside, the Sup Ekor is also being served during the buffet to warm up the tummy as well.

Curries is also not to be missed in the delights where they have a variety of spicy curry like chicken curry, Lamb Kofta with naan bread,Ikan patin masak Tempoyak, Rendang Udang berkerisik and many more in the buffet.

We are also being served with the Nasi Kerabu to fill up our tummy too.

There are also Keropok udang dan papadam to savour our meals.

How about having satay? There is a choice of chicken and beef satay as a choice in the buffet. The satay is also very juicy and well bbq as well.

How about ending our meal with sweet delights. There are a variety of fried items like deep frid potato, goreng pisang and cempedak goreng as well.
