RAMADAN BUFFET AT FLAVORS, SWISS GARDEN HOTEL & RESIDENCES, KL

Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur between bustling Bukit Bintang and colourful Chinatown.

– The Environment-

Flavors Restaurant is indeed a place to have your delighting Ramadhan dinner with family and friends and a place where you can bringing the bonds between them too. The restaurant is a place for you to indulge a variety of innovatove cuisine with the contemporary settings.

Some of  the Choices of Kerabu

Durung the ramadhan month, Swiss Gardens is having their ramadhan buffet which serves a variety of food as well. We started with the appetizers where they serves us with a variety types of kerabu like kerabu mango,kerabu tuna and many more.The sweet sour bites.

Aside they do serves local delicious snacks and cookies as well during the buffet.

There is indeed more variety where you can warm your tummy with the soups. Here, you may filled up your tummy with the delights of the Sup Tulang, Sup Kambing and Sup Ayam which is some of the varieties to have too.

and more, there is savory ketupat there to be served as well .. and you can really enjoy the delights.

– The rice and curry selections-

The variety is even more where they have the rice as well as some spicy curries to be served in the line. For you who loves curry and more delights, they have a line up of the Malay food which includes The Ayam Percik Kuah Kacang,Kangkung Goreng, Sambal Udang Petai, Kepak Ayam Masak Madu, Ketam Masak Manis, Nasi Hujan Panas and more.

– The BBQ selections-

Aside, BBQ delights can be find there too. Some of the delights spotted is the delighting satay where there is a choice of the beef as well as chicken as well. Aside, they do serves seafood too where you may try their bbq seafood as well like sotong and ikan pari.

– The Ulam-
– The Pasembur-

There is Ulam and pasembur as well for your dining too.

For lamb lover, you can have the grilled lamb too. It is indeed a great worthwhile meal with the grilled lamb serving.

The spread is also being extended to more things like some hot pipping snacks like pisang goreng and more. What attracts me is the popiah durian which is indeed a delights I would never miss and I want more for that too.

As for desserts, they do have a spread of it as well. There are a wide selection of the nyonya kuih as well. There is a variety of the coconut delights kuih in the mini size indeed looks cute and delicious too.

What we have? We are also served with the scrumptious desserts and cakes. There are a variety of cakes and desserts not to be missed like the cheese cakes, as well as the sponge cakes can be find there. The cakes is indeed beautifully made too.

What’s next is the delighting ice cream to delights as well. There is a variety of the flavors of ice creams like vanilla, chocolate, and more.

End ing the delights what about some sirap bandung too to favour the thirst.

What else, they have a variety of fruits in their buffet line as well for your selection.
