KAFE UNCLE LIM’S , SS2 MALL

Uncle Lim’s Cafe is a modernized Kopitiam bringing you the best wholesome and traditional homegrown fare. The kopitiam had been voted by KLUE for one of the best kopitiam. Now, they have an outlet in SS2 which had grab my attention to visit and have dining there.

Uncle lim’s laksa is really delicious. Comes with thick, creamy and aromatic gravy for this unique noodle dish is a concoction of de-boned mackerel, blended fresh herbal spices, santan (coconut milk) and milk. The taste is really delighting and a super thumbs up and it is alike Siam Laksa.

Nasi lemak rendang is one of the favorite Malaysian food which comes with Thai fragrant rice steamed with the exact proportion of santan (coconut milk) and pandan leaves. It is served with the secret recipe chicken “rendang,” or beef “rendang,” sambal sotong, fried peanuts with ikan bilis (anchovies) and fresh cucumbers.
