Foh San (富山) Restaurant is the most popular Dim Sum maker in Ipoh. It is a must to go when you head to Ipoh. The restaurant is usually packed during the weekends and especially public holiday. Waiting time for a seat is also kinda long where we waited about 10-15 minutes to get a sitting place in the restaurant.

Nice and delighting with big prawns

Siew mai is where standard filling is a combination of ingredients, consisting primarily of seasoned ground pork, whole and chopped shrimp in small bits. The siew mai is big and juicy for this time.

Prawn siew mai where you can enjoy a big prawns ontop on the siew mai and the prawns is fresh and juicy which I love the most.
Taste: 4/5

Ham yu siew mai is a bit salty due to the ham yu. The taste is slightly salty but special.
Taste: 4/5

HK Chee cheong fan is my favorite order which is the shrimp one. It is where the rice noodle roll with lightly marinated shrimp.
