Wonton & Pho @ Happy Garden

October 2, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Wonton & Pho is another place where filled my tummy with great food. They started with just wanton noodles and some light Vietnamese delights, and now they come up with more choices of meals to cater the family crowds.
And this round, Kevin Soo storm up the kitchen with all his signature.

Banh Khot Mini Pan Cake
We started with their signature Banh Khot Mini Pan Cake.  The Banh Khot mini pancake are the mini rice pancakes which are deep fried and served with herbs and vegetables. The dish comes pretty unique and they are definitely well paired with their signature sweetened fish sauce for dipping.
Braised Homemade Meatballs with Potato
If you are a big fan of meatballs, this is one of a must to have here. I love how the meatballs are made where the meatball remains
its juiciness and the moist texture. It is then braised till perfection and I am so in love with the flavours too.
Deep Fried Talapia
Enjoy the crispy talapia which is perfectly deep fried. The talapia fish is just perfect to go with their signature sauce.  A must-have here too.
BBQ Grilled Tiger Prawns
I am completely falling in love with the BBQ prawns. The prawns are fresh and they are perfectly marinated with the light hint of spice in it.  The prawns come simply addictive with a light kick of spiciness.
Melon Braised Tender Range Chicken
I love how the soup is done. The soup is just perfect and tummy warming. Using the free-range chicken and some spices, I love the soup so much and they are pretty unique to me.

Vietnamese Lemongrass Clams
If you love clams, do try the Vietnamese Lemongrass Clams. In here, the clams are fresh and well clean. It is then being cooked in herbs and lemongrass for hours and you can taste the enhance flavours of the dish itself.
Vietnamese Sweet Pork Ribs
Another dish must have the Pork Ribs. The Vietnamese Sweet Pork Ribs is also a good one. The pork ribs come moist and juicy, and it is well matched with their home-made sauce.

Mushroom Fried with XO Sauce
Ended with the fried mushroom with the XO Sauce.
For those who are looking for homey delights to have your meals, make your booking with Wanton & Pho a day before.
