The coveted award celebrates businesses that have consistently received great traveller reviews on Tripadvisor over the last 12 months, placing these winners among the 10% of all listings on Tripadvisor globally.

3. Best Managed & Sustainable Property Awards 2023 – emerged as winner for the 10 years and above specialised category, this prestigious award is presented by The Edge Malaysia, a financial news publication in Malaysia. The first ever hotel to win at the awards, which are in the seventh year, the awards recognise buildings that show excellence in property management.
