Lapisan Pâtisserie Expands Its Menu with Brownie Creations

February 10, 2026 by StrawberrY Gal

Known for its thoughtful blend of French-style pâtisserie and local inspiration, Lapisan Pâtisserie continues to delight dessert lovers with the introduction of two new brownie-based creations. Elegant on their own, these new offerings reflect the brand’s whimsical take on the upcoming Ramadan and Raya season. Suitable for gifting or self-indulgence, Lapisan redefines classic brownies by layering them with rich, delectable elements, much like the layers of love shared during the heartwarming celebration.

“At Lapisan, we constantly explore new ideas and creations in dessert-making to entice our customers. These new brownie-based desserts showcase the many possibilities of combining flavours and textures. We hope you enjoy them, and we wish everyone a year filled with delightful moments and sweet discoveries,” says Darren Sim, Business Development Manager at Lapisan Pâtisserie.

Choco Strawberry Crownie (RM11.20)

Ever wonder how fudgy brownie, rich chocolate, and sweet strawberries could bloom like a delicate flower? Choco Strawberry Crownie invites you to experience an unexpected harmony of flavours. Launched on 2 February 2026, this dessert features a flower-shaped pastry with a flaky bite, revealing a fudgy brownie interior, layered with rich chocolate hazelnut spread and finished with housemade strawberry jam to deliver indulgent layers of taste in every bite. Available at RM11.20, this dessert is perfect for flavour explorers.

From 12 February onwards, pistachio lovers can look forward to Pistachio Crunch Chocolate Brownies, which bring together a fudgy chocolate brownie base, a layer of pistachio cream, and crisp kunafa, topped with chocolate ganache and chopped pistachios for added texture. Each bite balances chocolate richness with the aromatic nuttiness of pistachio, while the crisp kunafa adds a light crunch that elevates the overall experience. Customers can savour this crunchy yet rich chocolatey dessert that delivers an explosion of flavours and textures at RM16.
