Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong Presents a Season of Culinary and Wellness Celebrations This May

May 7, 2025 by StrawberrY Gal

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong invites guests to celebrate spring’s most treasured occasions with an array of exceptional dining experiences and exclusive treats. From artisanal Dragon Boat Festival rice dumplings to heartfelt Mother’s Day celebrations across the Hotel’s award-winning restaurants and the Spa, May brings opportunities to create meaningful moments with loved ones.

Dragon Boat Festival Rice Dumplings from Michelin-Starred Lung King Heen

As Dragon Boat Festival approaches, Executive Chinese Chef Chan Yan Tak of the two-Michelin-starred Lung King Heen presents meticulously crafted rice dumplings available for pre-order on eShop from now until May 30, 2025. Early bird savings of 15-25 percent are available until May 9, 2025.

This year’s premium selection includes the signature Organic Glutinous Grain Rice Dumpling with Abalone and Conpoy, paired with Fuding Cold Dew White Tea (20 grams) at HKD 588 per set. For guests seeking variety, the combination of Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Conpoy, Pork Belly, Salted Egg Yolk and Spicy Toona Sauce alongside Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Pineapple and Osmanthus, also paired with Fuding Cold Dew White Tea (20 grams), is available at HKD 488 per set.

New for 2025, guests can enjoy a special bundle offer of both sets for HKD 888 until May 9, 2025.

The accompanying Fuding Cold Dew White Tea, harvested during autumn’s Cold Dew season in Fujian Province, offers a delicate floral fragrance with a mellow yet robust tea essence, known for its properties of reducing internal heat and promoting digestion.

Rice dumpling vouchers can be collected from April 22 to May 30, 2025, while rice dumplings will be available for collection from May 21 to 30, 2025, at the Lobby Counter or Cake Shop from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm daily.
